They are crooks! Received a coupon by mail for oil change + tire rotation for $14.95. They declined to do the tire rotation because they -- a tire and alignment shop -- supposedly did not have the instruments for opening alloy wheels. They did not even check my tire pressure because they supposedly did not have a pressure gauge. Just for the oil change, they charged me $22 after the coupon. I am concerned what oil th... view moreey put in my car. I seriously doubt if they have the proper license for this business. No wonder they have a `F` rating with the Better Business Bureau.
