I would give a ZERO star if I could. The work they were supposed to do on my car was incomplete even after charging exorbitant prices.

Dishonest, RIP off and unpleasent

Unpleasant and Dishonest service. Stay away. They said $49 for diagnostic charges and I will get a call with estimates after the diagnostics, but I get a call only after the repairs are done with a $220 charge and that includes $98 diagnostic charges. All this to change 3 blown fuses. and the response of the rep was rude and he kept referring to me as ""You People"".

Guaranteed to rip you off

Every time I`ve taken my car here to be serviced, I`ve been scammed. I assumed that if I continued doing business with this place, they would consider me a good and loyal customer. That is not the case. All that teaches them is that you are a fool that knows little about automotive repair. They actually gave me one price on the phone before repairs, and a higher price after repairs. When I confronted them on this, ... view morethey backed down very quickly. Although I know little about car repairs, I do know something about executed contracts. I guarantee you, if you take your car there, you will be ripped off. That is their standard operating procedure.
