Never take your to them

We took our car to vic jenkins after my mother hit a deer. it is a 03 buick century. We finally got the car back and it was a mess. The new hood was put on croocked, mass air flow sensor put on backwards etc.. The car now shakes when you turn on the heat and the car will climb to 40 mph without even touching the gas. Its worse off now then it was right after the deer. They are saying we are liers about the problems t... view morehe car has now and argue that it aint their fault and everything that is wrog is mechanical. Most parts were new before the deer hit it. They are rude and do not make good repairs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

I had taken my 2007 Nissan in 3 times to get the front axel repaired. The first time I got it back the steering wheel was side ways when you was going straight and vibrations has persisted as if the wheel was going to come off. The second time the service manager wanted to argue with me and say he drove the car and it did well. After 3 visits, Vick Jenkins still did not get it right. All they did is put the back tire... view mores on the front. They refused to investigate and make the necessary repairs.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!
