Never again!

Never again will I buy a vehicle from this dealership! Love my car! But never again with them! The service department is a joke! Very judge worthy people! If you are a young female don`t even bother! They will try to sell anything and everything that is not necessary to you! Hate this place! Blah!

If you like getting screwed this is the place to shop

Bought a brand new 2011 car. Brought back in less than a week after I picked it up with a problem with 5th gear. Service dept insists they cannot recreate. 6 different people I know have driven this car and all the notice problem. Stokes insists that they do not experience problem. Sometimes 5th is stiff, sometimes it will not go in at all. Still a problem, sometimes a dangerous one, like if I am merging on the h... view moreighway. They have questioned my ability to drive stick, which I have done my entire adult life, plus 20 years now. They have told me it was a new clutch feeling. I am beginning to believe they are lying. I would seriously recommend driving to another dealership or buying a totally different car. If I had to do it over again I WOULD NOT BUY A VW FROM STOKES OR MAYBE NOT A VW AT ALL. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE

Be Forewarned.....don`t purchase from these crooks!! I traded my car in and purchases a ""gently used"" vw from Stokes and have had more than my fare share of problems....the first engine was replaced at just 55,000 miles and now the second engine is bad having gone just 50,000 miles, not to mention the additonal 10,000+ i`ve put into the car for other, constant problems!!
