I brought my 2002 mint condition 3.8 L V6 Chevy Camaro in for an oil change. The car takes 4.5 quarts service put in over 6 quarts!! This is bad for the engine and I am glad I checked the invoice. I had to go to another shop for an oil change the next day. They rotated my tires but forgot to check air pressure and I had four tires with less than 20 PSI in each one. Service

Called to get estimate on fixing window. It won`t go up. Can`t give quote on replacing the switch - have to pay non-refundable fee if $95.00 to run "diagnostics". Bit if I let them do the work then I won`t have to oat that fee. Come on guys, I`m a girl but I`m wasn`t born last night!

Interesting waste of the last ...

Interesting waste of the last few hours spent with Mike Lee and Chris (The Sales Manager) of Crews Chevrolet North Charleston, SC. Stopped by this morning, looked at the new Chevy Malibu 2013 and thought I was in love. The color was right, the options were good... Told Mike I wanted him to text me his price because I had many more errands to run. (My daughters car was STOLEN yesterday). Mike kindly text me back $... view more21,037. I told him to wash it up, I`d be back for it. We went back, told them I`d have our credit union transfer the money and Mike had me sign the papers saying we were buying the car, the price... etc. Then things got strange. Mike left to fill the car up, I thought this was all taking a long time since I was basically paying them outright for the car. I got the info to call my insurance and have it added and then Chris Hog RUDELY tells me to put the phone on hold that we needed to discuss something right now. They had misquoted me a 2012 price instead of the 2013 price. No offer of a different price, just, "Hey lady, we made a mistake, sorry". I was in shock! NEVER have I been treated SO RUDELY before. We were excited, thinking we would be driving home in a new car. Not expecting to just be told, Ooops! A half behind apology and nothing... not even so much as any form of ... we are sorry, let`s work something out. I really wanted to buy American.. I preach it all the time. But really people? Not even bait and switch, more like bait and WASTE YOUR TIME AND UPSET YOU! Crews Chevrolet on Rivers Ave 843 820 7800 AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
