These guys are crooks

I was traveling on I 85 when my trucks clutch started losing pedal. I stop at longs auto and truck repair. KEVIN HAD MY truck for two days said he had to go ou t of town. I went on to georgia.i dropped the truck off when I was headed home. Well he had my truck for almost 5 months. He had not done half the work he was suppose to do. I could never r each him on the phone. We kept calling and he was never there but his ... view moremechanic george kept telling us it will he done by the end of the week. Well I went yo get my truck it broke down in north carolina. I had paid guys to get the truck. They wrre in a hotel go three days. He tells me to send them home and he will bring me the truck. He never did and stopped answering the phone. Well I sent a tow company to take my truck to another shop.when the driver got there the truck clutch was to the floor and would not move. They did nothing they said they were going to do. And the new shop said they had customers that said the exact same thing about longs auto and truck repair.I had to spend money yo go get my truck and to pay the new shop after I had already paid kevin long. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SUEING THEM.

I will NEVER use this business again. We had a truck worked on by ABC and they told us Visa was accepted when we dropped the truck off. We then sent a driver 85 miles to Piedmont SC to pick up the truck and pay with Visa as we had been instructed. When our driver arrived, ABC told him that their Visa machine was broken down and all they accepted was Cash or check. Our driver had taken the Visa card and did not ha... view moreve enough cash. When we told ABC that it was not our fault that their Visa machine was down, they were very RUDE and told us "no cash... no keys". In other words, they had our driver and our company over a barrell and told us "it was not their problem". We repeatedly requested to talk to the owner "Kevin" but he was "unavailable". After 2 hours of wasting time and money, we finally drove 10 miles to a Western Union office and sent them the money. The entire ordeal was rediculous and I will NEVER use them again.

Our Motorhome overheated on I-85 at Exit 32 in South Carolina, at about 5:00 pm in the pouring rain & high winds, mind you. Thru a few phone calls, we were able to get in touch with Kevin at ABC at Exit 35. Within minutes, Kevin showed up, evaluated the problem & then followed us to his shop where we stayed for the night. At about 7:30 the following morning, he got to work on the problem & by 11:00 am we ... view morewere on our way. The amount he charged for his service was SO REASONABLE!!!!!! We were extremely pleased. Kevin was so friendly & helpful, it made our misfortune much easier to deal with! Wish we had a mechanic like him in our area.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! One ...

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! One of their drivers left 2 women on the side of the road off I-385 in the dark. Was suppose to tow the SUV to Walmart to get a tire fixed, but wouldn`t arrive in time (6:30) to catch WM before they closed (7pm). Got someone to take the tire off for us, and I (complete stranger & woman myself) took the young lady to get the tire fixed & have ready when the tow truck got there. The ... view moreT/T driver promised to wait for us, until we brought back the tire that had to be fixed and put it on for us. Driver sped off, as I pulled over & backed my car up to get the tire out. Said he got another call, and he was called out for a tow, not a flat tire. (7:45pm) Well, road side would have paid him REGARDLESS, and she had planned to let him tow the car, because another tire was damaged. It took us over 6 hours, from the time I stopped to help the young lady (4:30pm) until we finally found someone to put the very large tire on her SUV and get home (10:30pm). Hope none of his loved ones (especially a woman) has car trouble, and no one stops for them, or some stranger does the unthinkable `cause that`s exactly what could have happened to the 2 of us! Wish I could have given you 0 stars `cause YOU SUCK!
