They Will Steal Your Money

Had outside edge wear on my tires so I went to Tire kingdom to get an alignment after they did the alignment they told me it was good that I came to them when I did because the wear was because I had broken/bad struts and shocks and they needed replaced immediately. They printed off the cost estimates and it was $500 for the struts and $400 for the shocks. It was too much so the next week I took my vehicle to another... view more place for a second opinion (Dorsey Tire and Auto, Pooler, GA) While it was on the lift they came and got me - I had three mechanics and the owner telling me there was NOTHING WRONG with my struts or shocks. I reported Tire Kingdom to the Better Business Bureau. Do not go to them.

Service is as awful as the product

I purchased a set of wheels and tires in June of 2010. They had to order them of course and it took a week to get them. Then , they only had 3 of the tires that I had wanted....even for my second choice! I waited again a week for the tires to arrive from the warehouse in Florida. They mounted and balanced the tires on the wheels before I arrived in order to get me on my way as quickly as possible...I saw them stacked... view more and waiting for mounting in the first car bay. It took them 2 hours at 8 am to put them on my van. I left at 10:15! Their service is unacceptable, and everyone in the waiting room was complaining. After 3 weeks, my front wheels which are aluminum began to get rust pits. They said that this was normal after the inspection when I went back. Of course this is a different person, as it is whenever I call, or go by the store. Later when I went back to get the tires rotated, they claimed I needed to make an appointment because they were booked up for the next 2 days!... I went back at my 8 am scheduled appointment, and left at 9:30 because they were short handed, and were running a little behind. They said to leave the van, and come back and pick it up later on in the day! Now, I only call when I want a laugh at the lack of service...today they could not guarantee that hey could fit me in to get the tires balanced. It is first come, first serve, and may take an hour and a half if no one gets in line before I get there. I sincerely hope these idiots go out of business sooner rather than later. I have never witnessed so many morons under a single roof. Take my word, their products are substandard, and the service is even worse!!! STAY AWAY if you have any other choice.
