I moved to Goose Creek on 24 February 2012 with my trusty Dodge Caravan. It had been repaired exclusively for quite a while by a national repair service chain in Jacksonville, Florida. I took it there to have a minor oil leak fixed in January only to have to return it three times for the same repair to by done over and over again...by the third repair, my engine was leaking pretty good. I was then informed that I ... view morealso needed to replace the rear main seal and that was done...and, again, it leaked but I had to go to South Carolina and went to an affliated national repair service chain in Goose Creek, near where I bought a house, who showed me how bad the leaks were, informed me that they did not repair leaks and referred me to Pat`s Automotive. Pat confirmed the problems and reported his findings to the local repair service who contacted my former service in Jacksonvile - they agreed to return the money I paid them. I made arrangements with Pat`s for the repairs. His mechanic, Bear, not only fixed the rear main problem but did additional, area related, work at no charge! After all the time in a waiting room in Jacksonville, my Dodge is now leak free - as Pat promised - on time and totally efficient! Needless to say, now that I am a permanent resident in Goose Creek, Pat has got a very satisfied, lifetime customer. Have you ever wished, one time, just to find a mechanic shop that is honest, gives you straight answers, and does the work in a timely, professional, and quality manner? Well, Pat`s is it!
