Please shop around!! I was stranded there with two young kids & a flat tire. Not only was I there for over 2 hours, but they were telling me that my tires had been discontinued. Which they have not been discontinued. They were pushing me to buy four new tires and no other options. They knew I was stuck there. I told them I was not going to buy four new tire. Then someone came out and told me they were no... view moret trying to pull one over on me! Ha That`s a good joke. I finally asked them just to put the spare on so I could get out of there. They charged $35. A week later I called up there to see how much they charged for putting a spare on, they said $15. Then I went to the shop to ask face to face about the price difference & why I was charged more, they were very rude and said they charged $20 just to check out my tire. My invoice just said change spare tire. I also had money missing from my car. When I called the shop to speak to them about this, they were VERY rude and did not care. Needless to say just getting my spare put on cost me $60 (including the money stolen from me) So hide your valuables, better yet--just don`t go !!! I didn`t expect them to go digging for money, but they did! I would recommend going to Discount Tires. They are very professional and very reasonable. My tires (which Hall`s said were discontinued) were available & $80 cheaper. It`s the same price for the same service for everyone. Not this back and forth, different prices for different people like Hall`s. I know that times are tough for small business, it`s tough on everyone, but it doesn`t make it okay to lie and steal from a mother with two small children. I would not recommend anyone going here.
