I was in the market for a new vehicle. After looking at a few dealerships around Augusta, I decided to give Thomson Dodge a call. They put me through Mike Crook, who was not only helpful but made sure that all of my needs were met. The atmosphere is very friendly, almost like you are apart of the family from the moment you walk in the door. The car I was looking for was not available on the lot at the time, end o... view moref the month. Not once did Mike try to steer me to another vehicle. He did however make sure I was able to sit in and drive a very comparable model. The only difference was that I wanted the Blacktop Package. This is my first new car purchase, but I have purchased from dealerships in the past and this was by far the BEST SERVICE EVER. They located my car for me and had it there in less than 24 hrs!!! I highly recommend speaking with Mike Crook if you are in the market for a vehicle, but anyone there would be glad to help you and I am confident you would receive the same great service that I did.

Poor Customer Service

This dealership was not very helpful when I called and the receptionist would not give me any info and said everyone was busy.
