Mr. Stepp showed up within 10 minutes of my calling and towed my vehicle to his shop. He was very nice and quick to diagnose my problem. He fixed my Jeep and had it ready for me the next day. He could have charged me a lot more for the repair, because I thought I was going to have to replace some parts. BUT HE WAS HONEST about what he did to get me back on the road.
