I bought honda civic from Prestige Auto Mart and the people there are wonderful to deal with. They help me get my credit and I pay $55.00 a week to drive this wonderful car... My friends have bought cars from them too.and you will get a good deal if you go there.

I test drove a car(volvo) from prestige, and the lady who was helping me really tried her best to get me a low payment and the most for my trade. I put a down payment of 100 dollars and then decided to not go with that car. After reading the reviews online I was anticipating that getting my deposit back would be difficult. Although it took a week, I did get it back. When I called everytime my phone call was answe... view morered and each time everyone was polite. It seems like a good place to go if you can`t get approved anywhere else.

Any person looking to purchase a vehicle should beware of this place! They will steer you wrong .. literally ! I have purchased many used cars and have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional and hostile way especially by an owner of an establishment . EVERYONE there is shady! I recently bought a car from them and I will tell you even the one guy there that I thought was sincere is a total crook...

1. If you HAVE to buy a car from (and i recommend that you don`t) make sure you check your bill for any additional fees that they will tack on.

2. Have your car inspected by your own personal mechanic because they will bring it to to a place that will autom... view moreatically have your car pass inspection even if it`s a piece of crap.

3. Get ready for the run-around when you call back . They are extremely nice to you when want to buy a car if you call back with any: comments, questions or complaints don`t expect a call back!!

BTW just because they are on 107.1 constantly doesn`t mean they are a reputable dealer!!!

in other words...BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! SERIOUSLY!!!

Travel if you have to it will save you in the long run and you won`t have a headache! Bottom line don`t deal with them at all, they are unprofessional and pushier than normal dealerships. They run a shady operation you can tell just by looking at their employees walking around spitting everywhere and constantly on personal cell phones. They swear as they are moving vehicles around. The salespeople are not confiden... view moret and do not know a lot about vehicles. Our salesperson would show us a truck and say it`s a good looking truck. My boyfriend popped the hood to look and the salesperson was a little taken back and showed a little concern if we were going to ask questions about the engine or anything else. We took it for a test drive and the salesman could only say oh it`s quiet huh? Well there was a thumping noise in the front drivers side and there was a belt squeaking.......was he being serious? It concerned us that if this was a quiet nice truck what the other vehicles sounded like! He assured us that they would put new tires on the front as we brought to his attention they were balled and the belt and thumping noises would all be fixed as well as the bumper being replaced as there was a big dent in it that he pretended he could BARELY see. Also there were a lot of scratches throughout the truck which he said the truck would be painted. This seemed a little too good to be true that they were going to fix all of this and give it to us for the same price. We ended up finding a really nice truck through a private sale, now these people won`t stop calling us and asking us why we don`t want to buy the truck and what they can do to make us buy a truck from them. It`s funny how one minute they are bragging that they sell more than the franchises down the road but they are begging us for a sale. Just save yourself the headache and aggravation and just keep driving by this dealership.

This dealership is nothing but crooks and the owner is the worst one out of all of them. They Lie, Cheat and take your money and then sell you a lemon. I bought a ""03"" Honda Civic from there and had nothing but problems since day 1. prestige auto mart is the worst car dealership i have ever been to. Manny (the owner) is the worst one out of them all. he is arrogant and rude and doesnt know how to talk to a customer. he swears at his clients and steals your money. he says he will get you a car ""or its free"" thats onlycorrect if you have $4,000 to put down. and george one of his employees is just as horrible. he lied saying that the painted the ... view morewhole car and took our trade in and junked it before we even had our car. then we didnt get our car until a week after we bought and it was even fixed (so what did they do the whole time they had it for that week when they were supposedly fixing it). i even went to the police when he threw me out of his dealership for no reason (because i told him they sucked) and the police sad they have a book big of reports from having to go there and get peoples money back and that even if you get a car and think it is great that they will scew with your payments and dig you a financial whole.
