I went to al to get my cars alignment and wheel balance done and he called me a half hour later saying he couldnt do it and hed show me why. My whole family has been going to Al and Pete for 20 years. They are excellent to deal with. We have only had one problem with a repair in over 100 transactions. The one time that a hose let go on a radiator they had just repaired, they came right to the house, reattached the hose, refilled the antifreeze and cleaned up the spill. No Kidding. Brought my Taurus in to have the Transmission fixed. After having my car for a week it was as though it must have sat in the garage for the entire week ...nothing was done. Al gave me a rental for another week and this time I got the car back with a kick in the tranny that sounded like someone hit me everytime it shifted into 2nd....I gave up.. It should have sounded like all the other similar models on the road......
