I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience dealing with Milbert`s in Cranberry Township...dealt with one of their professionals named John who gave me a lot of information over the phone even before I brought my truck in for service. Once I was in the shop, he really took the extra time to explain the problem to me so that I could understand the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening again. Very Honest, Great Communication and will work with your schedule. Worked with me on price as well. Gave me a loaner vehicle for the day without charging a dime while work was being done on the truck. John the shop manager is very honest, take care of him and he will take care of you. Took the tire pressure sensors out of my old wheels and put them in the new ones. Remounted the old tires without charging me anything! Mounted and balanced the new tires. Lug nuts were tight, Perfect condition as expected! Alignment took 2.5 hours but they only charged me 1 hour as promised! Got it to optimum spec, and gave me some great tips on how to take care of a lifted truck and to get longer tire wear. This is my shop for any future work. - Jarid

It has been my experience that Milbert`s Car Care has lived up to its name for the past 12 years that they have serviced my car. I never take a long trip without first having the crew check the safety of my car and have never been disappointed. The crew shows courtesy and consideration at all times. I feel secure in recommending to others Milbert`s Car Care!

Absolutely recommend them. I was given a quote over the phone to install 4 tires. I made the appointment, they took my car in on time, installed the tires in the time stated, & no surprise charges. Refreshing these days to find a company that does what it says. I will definitely be going back to them for future repairs!

Best car care within 100 mile radius of Cranberry!!
Originally read about Milbert`s through online reviews, and every review I read was high praise and 5 stars. So, I gave them a call and talked to John to just ask some basic questions. He spent the next 20 minutes sharing with me some valuable information from his 22 plus years of experience. At that point I had a great feeling about the type of people working at Milbert`s and thought that the reviews I ready abou... view moret family-oriented, knowledgeable, hard-working and integrity-driven environment seemed to be spot on. I scheduled my first meeting at Milbert`s with John that day to do a once over on a new purchase I was making - 2008 Infiniti G35xS Sedan. Took the car in and met Rick and Chad worked on my car. Turned out to be the experience I was hoping for - straight shooting, to the point and I could just feel he knew what he was talking about and was telling me without the typical crafty dealership terminology. I let Rick know that Milbert`s would be the shop I take my Infiniti to for all service and repair issues. If you are worrying about finding an honest, reasonable mechanic, then check out Milbert`s and find out what every customer already knows!

Left lug nuts loose
I have gone to Milberts twice, both times for state inspection and emissions. I will never go back. The last time I got my inspection done, they left the lug nuts on one wheel only hand tight. I am very lucky I discovered this on a local back road and not on an interstate. I could have very easily been in an accident due to the incompetence of Milberts Car Care.

Best, Most Honest, Caring, and "Competent Car Care" Company I have seen in US and World
My headline is no exaggeration: (the emphasis on "Car Care" is paramount (in juxtaposition to "shops)((as opposed to "Car Care" centers (which is exactly what Milbert`s is: "Car Care" not "car schemes" or "car incompetence" or "car overcharge" ...you get the picture). Please read for your own future peace of mind: Why? 1) honest (have you ever s... view moreeen a shop post their rates? Milbert`s does) 2) incredibly accommodating: a) My first visit was for an inspection of an older Infiniti I purchased in Ohio. While I was sitting in the office waiting for the report as to the inspection, the owner`s wife, incredibly, asked if, instead of sitting and waiting, I would prefer to go to a local coffee house, where I could access the Internet while having a nice cup of coffee. I told her that it would be nice but that I would have a hard time getting there: she said no problem: it was her idea, she was going by there anyway, and would take me and drop me off. I could not say no to that offer. After about 20 minutes, the lead (my interpretation) mechanic came driving up to the store with a big smile on his face: in my Infiniti. At that point, I knew that it had passed inspection, since I could see the stickers. C) As mentioned in another post, the lead mechanic informed me of what might be trouble spots down the road (literally). 2) About a month ago, I started to notice an increasingly, jarring scraping sound in my right rear break area. I suspected that it had to be the breaks or rotars: a) This is very important, since it proves my point about both Milbert`s genuine concern for their customers` welfare and the excellent work that they provide in advancement of that concern: b) It was 4: 50 pm when I pulled into the area just outside the garage. I only wanted to confirm what I thought (that it was brakes or rotar, or both). The lead mechanic heard the scrape and, to be sure, put the car on a rack for better sight lines. He could clearly see the damage and told me as much. I thought: OK: now, what do I do. Incredibly, the lead mechanic, at the behest of Mr. Milbert, felt it was too dangerous for me to continue driving as it was: so, they quickly sent for parts. The parts were given to the lead mechanic who, in about 15-20 minutes (I believe on his own time) installed two rear brakes and two rear rotars. I could not have been happier. 3) As if the services noted above were not enough, I will add what most people really need to see: a) fees are POSTED and reasonable (how many "shops"); b) workmanship is superb with full disclosure of every action taken on your car; C) very cordial and friendly staff (even the Mrs. assists as she can: has a wife of a "Car Care" owner ever gone out of her way to take you to a coffee shop for coffee and Internet; D) the garage and the parking area are not especially large; however, Milbert`s does not (from my experience) take in what they cannot finish and the space is more than adequate to provide you with their most excellent services. I probably wrote too much here. However, I trust and respect Milbert`s so wholeheartedly that I mean every word I have written and hope that others kindly read my review so that, one day, you too can feel 100% assured that Milbert`s has diagnosed the problem with precision; has repaired it flawlessly; and has done so all at their reasonable, posted prices (which, I believe, are only $70.00). I could have taken my Infiniti to a dealer but I doubt that they could have diagnosed the problem and repaired it so quickly and have done so at their posted prices (sorry: I don`t ever recall a "shop" posting prices). Long Live Milbert`s Care Car Center! John Francis Adlesic

Milbert`s
I have been going to Milbert`s for years and recommend him to everyone! They do good work, are honest and charge reasonable fees. Everything from inspections, to oil changes, tires to mechanical stuff. He won`t try to sell you things that you don`t need! It`s not a fancy chain, but he takes care of what is important and you have the satisfaction of supporting a local business.
