I was looking for a truck but every dealership I went to was asking too much for their vehicles. I saw a one in a magazine which seemed too good to be true. I just bought a Chrysler 300. The car is in excellent condition, drives great! The staff is extremely helpful, and they know what they are doing. They are very up front, and have great prices. Cars are all very clean, and you know that your buying a good vehicle. I looked around, and you don`t know what your buying at other places! Leopardi`s is definately the place to buy a used car.

I have bought my last 5 vehicles from Leopardi. A good experience every time. As with every car dealer, Leopardi does not build the car he sells, so if something breaks or goes wrong with the car, the best they can do is stand by their sale and work with the buyer to make sure they`re happy in the end. Which seems extremely important to them since ""word of mouth"" has kept that business around for generations. More than fair and earnest in their relationships with every customer, i was always welcomed and now know that i will never regret a purchase at Leopardi Auto Sales being that the owner is involved in every sale to one degree or another. I recently went car searching, and after a long and stressful process I finally went to Leopardi on Rt 51 in the Overbrook area,I had a lot of red tape to deal with and the salesman there were amamzing,They had alot of patience with me and made this a very enjoyable process. I just purchased a 2004 Yukon Denali from Leopardi Auto Sales and am quite happy. They were willing to negotiate and the price I felt was fair. Additionally, after I took the vehicle home I noticed a few electrical items were not working. I took it back and it needed to be sent to the dealer for repair. I recently purchased a Lexus Rx300 from this dealer & received quality treatment. I have had no problems with my car since I`ve purchased it in 2007. They have the nicest, most helpful staff that are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure customers are satisfied. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! I purchased or THOUGHT I had purchased a vehicle I saw online, had a purchase agreement (price and terms) and was about to travel to pick up my car. As I was packing up to drive to Pittsburgh (from out of town) FORTUNATELY I checked my email one last time -- they sold my car to someone else literally 2 hours after they last told me ""looking forward to seeing you and sellin... view moreg you this car"". I offered numerous times to give them a deposit, being told ""this is unnecessary! we have an agreement! we are in business here a long time, treat customers right, etc."" I was NEVER TOLD at any time that our agreement wasn`t binding, or that until I showed up the car was for sale to anyone who walked in the door. It was my belief the car was marked ""sold"". I think they just used my cash offer as an incentive to ""goose"" another buyer (""hey! someone else is coming from out of town to buy this in the morning, you`d better sign on the dotted line!"") -- perhaps someone who signed up for a profitable high interest car loan. At every step, this dealership LIED OPENLY TO ME and deceived me; worse, even though I begged them not to let me drive all the way out to their dealership for nothing, they almost let me do so. It was a miracle I got their late-night last ""blow off"" email before I left for a 400 mile round trip, 2 tanks of gas, at $3.79 a gallon. They have absolutely no morals. They will rip you off. Do not shop here.

So I am going to school in Morgantown, WV and a friend and I came to Pittsburgh to go shopping. On our way up, I noticed my car was running a little hotter than it should have been. I have never had an overheating problem before, so even though my thermostat needle was in the red when we got to the mall, I figured I`d add some coolant, go shopping, give it a rest and it would be fine. Boy, was I wrong....Long story s... view morehort, we didn`t get very far before my car overheated and shut down on it`s own. I nearly lost control of the car and ended up almost hitting a stop sign and going through the front of Leopardi`s large display windows. The car came to a stop where it was partially blocking traffic on Saw Mill Run Blvs and it was completely blocking their driveway. As soon as they saw that we were having trouble (there was steam and hissing under my hood - bad news bears), the owner came out to say he was getting us help and then 20 seconds later the entire staff of guys came running out and pushed my overheated car into the parking lot. Without even asking them, the sent their best guy out to check out my car and see what the problem was. His name is Danny and he is THE BEST. It turned out that I needed a new radiator and all that goes along with it. Thank God they had the parts in stock and installed them immediately! Everyone who worked there was incredibly sympathetic to our situation, was cordial, welcoming, etc etc. I cannot say enough good things about Leopardi Auto Sales. I asked about the trade in on my car while I was there and I can tell you that they will give you a fair price on your used car as well! The cars they have there to sell are all in pristine condition with low milage (I had a look around their lot while I was waiting for my car) and although I did not ask, I am certain they are fairly priced. I am a girl who doesn`t know a whole lot about cars and they 100% knew that - and they did not rip me off. They didn`t over charge me or try to sell me things I didn`t need. True gentlemen, kind hearted staff and honest. If you`re in Pittsburgh, go to Leopardi Auto Sales. You will not be disappointed.
