White glove service...UNTIL!!!...

White glove service...UNTIL!!!! Bob Seltzer is the fakest person on the face of thie earth. He`s lower than a used car dealer that practices politics on the side!!!! He treated me like gold until I picked up my truck. When I pointed out issues, he acted like a 2 month old wanting a bottle. I remained level headed with him until I could no longer hold back. He told me I would be the type of person to come back o... view morever and over again. This was my first time. I returned under the direction of my insurance company with a list of issues. - Paint - Orange peal and fish eyes all over. Overspray on underbody suspension components. Door jams touched up with what looks like fingerpaint. - Fitment - "New" passenger doors front, mid, rear gaps not even close. Top of both passenger doors are 1/4" from sealing to top seal. Roof damages still indicate a wavy pattern from the damages. - Replaced tail light...doesn`t work. (I know how to fix but, when I dropped it off with the lense cracked it even worked at that point) - Durring recon buffing compound was left on rear hatch, Masking tape left under gas fill door. This one gets me cranked up...TIRE SHINE PUT ON THE FRONT BUMPER!!!! To get it to shine like the rest of the truck... -Soooo much more... BOB SELTZER DID NOT WANT TO ADMIT TO A POOR JOB, I LEFT AND IT IS IN THE HANDS OF MY INSURANCE COMPANY AT THIS TIME Bob Seltzer kept telling me he was doing me a favor and he saved the truck for me. I didn`t care if the thing was a total loss. In the end I still pay a $100 deductable. Get your head out of your @$$ DUDE!!!!

Don`t Put Yourself Through this Stress

The body work - horrible, the welds were not painted to stop rust, the new paint was not buffed out, the inside body panels were pried with improper tools and left scratches. The body panels were not fit on correctly. The detail work - atrocious - my one year old could clean better than that. My favorite was the employee paystub left under the seat and the blunt wrappers in the door panel. Its bad whent he insura... view morence adjuster is blown away by how bad the repair shop treats your car. And we are still arguing with them - however they conviently don`t call you back. Save yourself the trouble!

The staff and manager at this shop was very professional and kept me updated through the whole car-repair process. Would highly recommend to others and would take my car there in the future again.

Excellent!!

I am very pleased with the customer service I received at Select Collision Center. Everyone there was very courteous and professional. They kept me updated throughout the entire process without me even having to ask them. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and my car looks better than new. I would highly recommend Select Collision to all my friends and family!!

My Almost Totaled Audi is now Perfect!

I have a 2001 Audi S4 and one day unfortunately I got smacked in the rear end. I was completely stopped at a red light. I`d never thought Id be able to say this, but I`ve seen a Honda headlight practically sitting in the rear seat of my favorite car.

Most of the back end was gone which including my Trunk Lid, Both taillights, the whole right side quarter, and the glass was blown out. I really thought my ... view morecar was going to be totaled. I had it towed to Select Collision Center in Hershey Pa. This Collision center came highly recommended by a friend of mine that had work done to his Porsche.

They did an estimate for me and even called my insurance company and took car of everything with State Farm, even my rental car. Two days after the accident I was already in a nice rental car and my parts had been ordered.

Select Collision called me every step of the way. I even dropped by their shop on my way to work. They walked me out into their shop and showed me their progress. It really says something when a company will take the time to show you the work and progress of everything as it happens.

I am very meticulous and never thought my car would ever look the same. Well two weeks later after having my car towed to Select, I got it back. It was perfect with no flaws. They cleaned my car inside and out. Today I`m driving a Audi that looks better than when I even bought it! So needless to say, I received many updates and I?ˆ™m very proud to be able to refer people to this wonderful shop!

Very Happy

I just read the prior review and could not believe it! I had nothing but a great experence with the shop and the people working in it. There is enough to worry about when you are in a auto accident, and Select walked me threw the who thing. It was nice to know that I did not have to worry about who was working on my car. Great Work! If I would ever need my car repaired again, it will be with them for sure!

Terrible Experience

I know customer service isn`t paramount when it comes to auto body repair, however when a comany like Select Collision keeps your car for 30 days to fix a rear door and panel over the tire without keeping you somewhat updated on what is taking so long, it`s cause for concern. My car has been there since 2/13/08 and as of today, 3/14/08 it is still not fixed. I called weekly for the first two weeks and got the typic... view moreal "by the end of next week, you`ll have it back" line. By week three the scolding and excuses came, "you realize we`re a quality shop and quality takes time...it`s a busy time of year...just got 2 ambulances in to repair"...meanwhile by that point they`d had my car for 3 weeks, what were they doing with it? I was told it would be ready today and to expect a call...in all this time, this is the first instance where they actually initiated a call to me and told me that after 30 days they just now realized the regulator for the rear window is faulty and needs replaced but they`d call me by lunchtime to update me on the progress. Of course that call never came so I went there myself and waited until 3pm to hear that the car would not be done until Monday, but they can`t make any promises. On top of that the bill is around 3500 dollars so far and I have no idea what they`ve done to warrant that price tag (which is almost half the value of the car). The customer service and communication there is awful. The only reason I chose them is because Victory Volkswagen recommended them, however after this experience I will not be doing business with either company again, and will file charges if necessary to get my car back, repaired, at a reasonable price, with a discount for the amount I`m paying to rent a car while Select is holding mine hostage.
