Reviews:

don`t go there. seriously, I`m...
don`t go there. seriously, I`m not sure if all the other reviews about this place selling lemons is true or not, I didn`t get that far. After they told me a 2001 Jetta $8900 when it`s kelly blue book value is only about $4000. I also several newer Jettas that costs1000-2000 dollars LESS than that, we`re talking $7000 and $6000 dollars for a 2006. So if they`re willing to con you out of four thousand dollars, I assume... view more they have no problem selling lemons either. Also, that staff isn`t friendly, two of them were outside when we arrived, neither attempted to be courteous. Oh, and if you think I`m exaggerating, don`t. I`m normally not even an angry person, I work in customer service, and I know how bad reviews can hurt, but I`m sorry, they`ve earned every bad review they recieve

Thanks guys you`re the best!
I never thought I would be writing a positive review but my experience at Cheap Heaps was truly great. We just bought our third car from them. They have been good to their word on the first two and we expect the same on the third.

We paid a little over $6000 but we felt like we were treated as if we were buying a $30,000 brand new car! I cant stress enough how good these guys are....especially for used car... view more sales people!!!!!!

Thanks guys!

I bought a car from CheapHeaps...
I bought a car from CheapHeaps in January. My credit was a mess and everywhere I went they said NO! They approved me giving me a second chance. People expect the most rediculous things from car dealers. How the hell do you expect a car dealership to pay for a tire YOU ran into the curb! That`s just stupid. People expect perfection when buying a used car, buy a new car if you want that. But be aware, new cars sometime... view mores have issues too, duh.

Definitely will buy again
I just wanted a cheap reliable car. Jess took the time to listen to me. She didnt try to push me into something I couldnt afford. I fell in love with a Trail Blazer that I thought was beyond my budget but Jess made it work. She got me financed when no one else in town would even listen.
Two months later my engine started making a little noise when i was leaving my sister`s daughters birthday party. I was so m... view moread! I called Jess expecting her to be like every other car dealer i have ever met. You know what? She said no problem.... its covered under warranty!
I love these guys! Cheap cars and they stand behind them.

Very cheap car and covered under warranty when i had a problem!
my husband and i bought a car there in march of 2010. we got financing when no one else would even give us a shot. when our transmision gave out we figured tha we had been taken advantage of us. my husband reminded me that we purchased a warranty after our salesperson suggested it. we paid a small deductable but our transmission was replaced. i have to say that we were in a bad way when we bought our car and pr... view moreoblably bought it out of desperation but are thankful to Jess and her partner over at cheap heaps because they stood behind the car when it had problems...plus they GOT US FINANCED! thanks for listening..... Sells vehicles unsafe to drive
I was in a very tight bind as the car I owned had completely died after an auto accident. I went to Cheap Heaps at the recommendation of an acquaintence. It turned into my worst purchase ever. Other than a slight grinding sound which I attributed to tie rod ends or the like, the car ran perfectly fine. With my low funds and not so hot credit I was not in a position to shop around. I ended up buying the car out of ... view morenecessity. A month after I got the car I find out it not only needs tie rod ends, but that one of the struts was broken, rack and pinion needed replaced, rotors needed machined down, brakes needed replaced, tires needed replaced.....and all of this with inspection being due in April. I bought the car knowing it needed one repair. I was not expecting it to require 2,100 worth of repairs. On top of this a piston broke and I now need a new engine. After multiple calls back and forth with no results, no answers and no satisfaction I am now left paying for an engine that the warranty company will only cover $1650.00 of, after I was assured at sale that the warranty would completely cover all major parts. I now have a 7K plus bill for the car plus a 5.5K+ bill to repair everything that was wrong with it. I don`t know about Cheap, but this thing is nothing but a heap of...

cheap like the name says...but in a good way!
Bought a cheap toyota there last year. they financed it even though my credit was horrible. I had a couple of problems at the beginning but Jess was always great about it.
i have sent a lot of friends there and have had no complaints from them. i would hate that! Anyway...they also pay $100 when you refer a customer to them. thats cool i think.
dont be scared of the name. they are cheap but they have go... view moreod cars.

4 out of 5 stars good but could be better
We financed a car there last year. Our credit was all messed up. Nobody but nobody was approving us. They were cool. they helped, they financed us... i love our Maxima! We hit a curb the month after we bought it.... i was mad because they would not take care of it. but i have to admit they have been really cool about everything else. my sister and my mom both bought cars from them too. if they would have f... view moreixed the wheel we ran into the curb i would have rated them 5 out of 5 stars.

Cheap, polite, friendly, Thanks!
I came accross a bad review so i felt i had to say something on thier behalf. We have owned the 2001 Jetta that we bought at Cheap Heaps for a little over 1 year. I had a small repair bill, fuel pump, about 6 months ago. I just recently got a PA inspection and it took nothing. I think thats pretty darned reasonable for a car that was sold to me as-is!
I am not in the habbit of supporting car dealers but this o... view morene has been nothing but honest about thier dealings with me. I expected less and got more! how often can you say that?
Happy trails and good luck!
