(This is in regards to the RENTAL SECTION-I am not familiar with the auto body side.) I cannot justify higher than 3 stars because they charge a huge card fee and they did come with a hassle; however, they resolved the hassle. It was just not timely. So, I rate them okay and I would consider doing business here again. The down sides: They charge $150 deposit which you may have to stay aggressively on top of ... view morein order to get returned within a month. (Their policy says 21 days.) They also charge a huge fee to use a card. (8,9, or 10% -I forget.) They seem to be a bit unorganized since that was the excuse for not returning my deposit within 21 days, or even 30. They also seem to have a hard time returning calls when it was a complaint. (They were on top of it as a potential customer.) I also had a mechanical issue with the van door that caused me to lose a nights sleep. (This could happen anywhere.) The upsides: They did finally return my deposit. They did come pick me up, and I must add the van was really clean. (Once a rental company have left bottles of urine under the seat before so this was a pleasure.) They give you a 24 our number, although I did not use it because the van was in GA when I had issues with the door and I had to resolve it at the start of business the next day. The owner`s wife is spot on customer service and treats you with the utmost respect, the owner seems short and impersonal, but he also is mindful apparently. They are the cheapest in town if you receive your deposit back. Simple advise is to use cash to avoid the fee, and start calling on day 21 if you had not received your deposit back.

Many people have heard many things of this place. i work there. and recently a guy named roy sheetz was fired because he is a very very poor mechanic. he was given a motor swap job (very simple). the wrong motor was brought in to replace the bad one and he decided to say that he could "make it work". well he tore both motors down and one had VVT and the new one didnt. needless to say it wouldnt work. well t... view morehe motor that was brought in had the old heads (which were still good) put on it. roy never used ANY torque specs or procedures, he never cleaned all the gunk and oil and dirt out of the old heads, and then when he put it all back together and timed it all wrong. well knowing its a zero tolerance engine, he bent 4 valves by being many teeth out on the timing. i have pictures of the now bad heads to prove he bent them. please do not take into consideration the words of a poor mechanic that also cant even show up to work everyday or even have the decentsy to call when he wont be in. this guy is a butcher when it comes to mechanics.

Stay away. this shop is trouble. they use the wrong parts to fix things. or use junk. This is not the shop you want to go to.
