Be aware of this place!!! Horrible experience!!!

I went to this place to get the driver side window replaced on my BMW 2007- they gave me a quote of $200 dollars which was at least $100 less than other places so I went straight there. They replaced the window within 1h and told me not to open or close it for 3 days to let it cure. I thought that was weird cause I dont remember hearing anything like that when I was repairing my windows in the past but I said ok. On... view more my way home i noticed this weird noise like the wind was getting inside my car throught the window. When I stopped the car I notice that there was a space in between the window and the frame so I went back to Jack`s auto to tell them about it- they didnt even want to go outside to look at it. I was told that its probably my fault cause they told me not to use the window i i must have moved it and that they are busy so I can either wait 4 hours or come back when they are not busy. Also I couldn`t make an appointment because they only take walk ins. Now im forced to fix the window at another shop, pay for it and try to get my money from Jack`s auto in court. Save yourself time and money - find an honest place that will do a good job.

So fast, easy and affordable!! Someone broke into my driver`s side window just to steal my car`s cd player from the `01 over a weekend... it was supposed to rain all week and I drive everyday to work. So I found Jake`s online and showed up without an appointment at 815am on a Monday. By 915 I was out of there and paid a little over $100 dollars (keep in mind my car is old and generic). HIGHLY recommend this place!
