Never buy a car from Stone House Auto Sales in Carlisle! They make 1,000 promises, do not return calls and you get the run-around when they have to honor a follow-up problem. Purchased a 57 Tbird from Don at Stone House Auto Sales in Carlisle in July. He told me the driver`s side window was broken and he would have it repaired prior to delivery of the car to me. When the car was delivered, the new replacement window ... view morewas broken and there was $350 of damage to the chrome window frame, door panel, etc. The person who delivered the car told me Don had asked him to replace the broken window with the new one and he had broken the new one but still delivered the car to me with a broken window and told me to call Don. After several unsuccessful calls talked to Billi and she told me that Don would contact me. Days past, no contact. I called every day for a week and only got voice mails. Finally got a hold of Don and sent him pictures of the damage. He told me he would send a goodwill check for $350 to reimburse me for the damage his person caused. Week passed, no check, no contact. After another week of attempts to contact them, got a hold of Billi and she thought Don had mailed the check. She said it would be sent the next day. 2 weeks later, no check, no contact. No response to e-mails or phone calls. Terrible customer service and does not keep promises. Stay away.

After driving 3 hours and purchasing a 2000 jeep Cherokee for top dollar. I almost immediately had electrical and exhaust issues. After my exhaust fell off, I took it to my mechanic and he showed me where they covered up a completely rotted out floor. telling me that the exhaust was the least of my problems. This are the most unethical deceitful duo I have ever come across. I hope everyone reads this and understands to go else ware. They should be thrown in jail for fraud.
