Incredible ripoff artist - Bill Boyd
I bought a used car from Bill Boyd for $5,000 and he promised the car was in perfect condition and had just been tested by his mechanics. Less than five months later the car broke down completely and needed a new engine and Bill Boyd`s response was "too bad ... it`s your problem once that car left the lot".
