Aweful experience. Carlos and Andrea tried to pit my fiance and I against eachother. Extremely poor communication and professionalism. Charged us to store the vehicle- but we were givin no warning or communication. Andrea said that Carlos was preferring communication with my fiance becase I would be confused by the details. Wow! THey claimed they had made multiple attempts to contact, but we have call logs on our pho... view morenes that prove otherwise. Wouldn`t let me get my car back until I paid up. They list them selves as a towing service provider. on internet searches, Turns out they refer to BC Towing in Salem. The phone number listed on there sites go directly to bc towing...

I`ve spent hundreds of dollars at various dealerships trying to gey my GMC truck running right. Told Carlos my problems with bad starting and low power--he just smiled and said he could fix it. My truck runs like new--the fix took a mechanic`s experience not a tech just adding new parts.For value and getting the job done correctly; you can`t beat Larrondo`s!

I`ve dealt with other technicians in town, and these guys are the BEST. They are honest, pleasant to deal with and always give the best service at the lowest price. When a shop down the street quoted me $320 for a job, Carlos was able to get it done for $157 using genuine NAPA parts. I`ll never go anywhere else.

Was told by a few buddies at work about them...and they were right. These are the most kind people, and Carlos worked really hard to make sure I was happy. They fixed my truck in almost half the time that they were expecting, and I paid the same price for the job as they quoted me when I called. I have used them for my oil changes and have had them replace a power window unit in my van. Good to work with , job done well. I have taken my girlfriends car to them for service also.

I manage a medium sized business and we use Larrando`s for our company vehicles. I can`t say enough good things about these guys!

In addition to giving us a great price on repairs to our RV, Carlos spent an additional 1/2 hour explaining the ins and outs of our RV to our employee. Their pricing was 50% cheaper than AJ`s quote. AJ`s also charged us $80 for a diagnostic on another vehicle; Larrando`s didn`t... view more charge us a dime for their diagnostic--don`t know if this is a policy or because we use them so much.

Our RV is a heavy-use vehicle, so we also take it to Larrando`s for its routine maintainence. Pricing on oil changes, etc for the RV are very competitive. Carlos also took the time to check the RV`s appliances, TV and VCR...the guy didn`t miss a thing!

These guys will save us thousands over the course of the year vrs their competitor, who we previously used.

I highly recommed Larrando`s, and I am happy to know that ther still is such a thing as a good, honest hard-working mechanic that charges fair prices.

Can`t say enough about these guys...have referred them half of my family, and have serviced almost 7 cars between all of us. Every single time they are professional, kind, and always remember my name. I can`t tell you how many shops I`ve been to in Salem, but these guys by FAR are above the rest. They don`t charge an arm and a leg to get the same (or better!) repairs than other shops.
