Squirted Oil All Over My Car Promised To Reimburse Immediately Month Later Now

I`d been told by many people to go to Oil Can Henry`s, but I really don`t see why anyone would ever go there.
I asked for three things . . . an oil change, a brake light and the 20 point check.
Instead I got oil squirted on the INSIDE of my car (the back rest of the front passenger seat) and on the OUTSIDE of the car.
They didn`t reset the oil change indicator.

They didn`t change my brake light.
The manager apologized for the oil getting squirted inside my car and offered to reimburse me for a detailing. I said that would be fine. He said to pay for it, bring him the receipt and he would give me a check.
I went back four times to try and catch the manager, finally three weeks later I caught up with him and he said he couldn`t cut me a check right away but that I had to fill out some paperwork and corporate would send me a check by Tuesday.
That was two weeks ago.
I stopped by once last week and was told ""don`t worry, you`ll get it"".
I`m sick of empty promises, and am giving up on this company. I would`ve tried them again - I was ok with a mistake being made, but I`m not ok with the manager lying to me.

The day after writing this I spoke with an upper level manager at Oil Can Henry`s corporate offices. Within a week Oil Can Henry`s followed through with their promise, giving me a reimbursement. They also gave me my next two services for free should I choose to return.
