In 25 years of owning cars (and subsequent maintenance and service), I have never experienced such wonderful and personal customer service and impeccible work as I have just experienced at Victory Lane.

Someone rear-ended my car and my insurance carrier recommended Victory Lane to do the repairs... Talk about a silver lining to a dark cloud! I`m so glad that person... view more hit my car! Marcy and John are THE BEST in the business and they took care everything swiftly and efficiently. So much so that I had them repair some other items asside from the accident damage. Absolutely beautiful work and they worked hard to keep the costs to a minimum. They are fair, honest and so personable! ... I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Camas/Washougal area.

Hometown service at its best!!

My cousin was in an accident in my car at around 4:30 in the afternoon. By the time all was said and done it was almost 6 pm. I had dealt with Victory lane in the past and had good experiences both times. When I called the shop to tell them I wanted my car taken there to be repaired the owner, John, he gave me his private cell number and had me give it to the tow truck driver to call him when he got there and he woul... view mored come down and personally get my car taken care of. The next afternoon I got out to the shop and they helped me contact the other parties insurance company and get me into a rental car and had everything squared away in a very efficent and timely manner. I recieved weekly updates about my car and my car was returned to me on the day promised. I would highly reccommend this shop to anyone. THey make you feel very welcome when you enter their office. Victory Lane made me feel as if I were their number one priority and to me that is what makes a great business! Keep up the good work guys!!

Victory Lane ---Got the Job Done

I ran into a possum a year and a half ago and did some extensive damage to my bumper. I took my car to Victory Lane the next day and received an estimate. Unfortunately, life happened and I ended up driving around with a beat up bumper for a year and a half. Last week, I called Victory Lane and asked if they happened to still have a copy of the estimate. Surprisingly enough, they did. My car looks great and they even washed, vacuumed, and cleaned it. I would recommend Victory Lane to others and if I happen to hit another possum, I`ll go back.
