My daughter and I were in Portland shopping for furniture, when my car overheated. The situation was complicated by my cargo trailer attached to the SUV, making it more difficult to maneuver and park. Luckily we found Speed`s Auto Service. They generously accommodated us, allowing me to leave the trailer unhooked on the property while the fellows inspected the vehicle. My only regret is that they aren`t close enough to my home that I can use them as my regular service station. They were terrific!

Great Experience

Speed`s Auto Services and Tire Factory has been the most reliable and trustworthy auto shop I have ever used. They do a great job of keeping me informed and I love the Courtesy Check they do and the detail they give on the information. Happy Customer

Not only did they work on my wife`s truck for a brake problem and and when the brakes were still messing up he brought it back in and put oem parts on it just to make it right and it worked so I took my Jeep in for a timing issue and in just a few hours had it fixed and fixed another small issue I did not know was there but they saw it and fixed it at no charge these guys are great excellent customer service friendly... view more staff i would highly recommend

Great Job Speed`s

I recently had to have my car towed into the shop for repairs. On the advise of my neighbor, I called Speed`s Auto and inquired about the availability of an appointment. When the manager Spencer answered the phone, I was surprised to be told that no appointment was needed, and although the shop was busy, I should have the vehicle towed in as soon as possible and they could check it out. Spencer then also recommended ... view moreSpeed`s Towing to come get my car. I called them and they were able to come get my car 30 minutes earlier than the other places I called! We were off to a good start! When my vehicle arrived at the shop, Spencer met us in he lot and started the paperwork process before the car was even unloaded. I was able to give him the information quickly and they even arranged for a ride to work for me from Pacific Towncar. It turns out that the problem with my car was a minor one and they were able to get my car repaired and back to me the same afternoon. I cannot stress how enjoyable this experience has been, between the prompt tow service, to the ride to work to the fast repair service. Great communication and service work!

Speed`s Auto Services has been maintaining my family`s vehicles for many years. Their work is always dependable! I especially appreciate how they provide me with several repair options to choose from. Sometimes repair of an existing part may save me money instead of replacement with a new component. What great Customer Service

I wanted to say that Spencer and Sue gave me the best service I have ever had dealing with an auto shop. They called me, and let me know the cause of my problem, with my car. The price was great and the two year warranty, can`t be beat.
