Once Josiah, Mike and Anson got involved everything went very well. There were a few bumps in the road prior to that but they smoothed them all out wihtout any problem. Of course, I wouldn`t want leave out Marcus who helped with the technology briefing and Justin who made sure there was nitrogen in my tires. All in all, the experience that started on a rocky basis ended up sailing through calm waters.

I WAS OVERALL PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED DURING OUR BUYING EXPERIENCE! I was not so pleased that I was only given 1 option to make a decision on even though I had pre approval from Capital One up to 30,000. Another referral source stated they received free oil changes that I asked about and was told you no longer offer that......for a brand new car I feel you should. DATERIOUS WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HE HANDLED EVERYTHING SUPER WELL. I WAS GREETED SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK TO GET THE PAPERWORK DONE. IT WAS A CASH DEAL AND THEY WERE SLOW COMPARED TO OTHER DEALERS I HAVE WORKED WITH IN THE PAST. ONCE IN WITH THE CLOSING AGENT THAT DIDNT TAKE ANYTIME AT ALL.

Do not buy a car from them that they have to fix any problems on after purchase. . . . I did this, took them two months to get my car in to fix the front head lights and scratches on the vehicle. Took them two weeks to fix the car and when we got it back.... The front head light was fixed, but the original was a blue light - they fixed it the other with a white light. Scratches were for the most part fixed but le... view moreft the biggest one on there. Just not acceptable. Will never purchase a car from them again after this.

Stay far away. I`ve had nothing but issues on the financial side. They lied about the price including the TT&L. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get them to actually talk with me about correcting the problem. I then find out they sold me an extended warranty that does not exist for the vehicle I purchased. I`ve never had such a horrible experience with a dealership.

All the bad terrible reviews are from the old David Stanley Ford name. Randall reed ford is a whole NEW dealership. So don`t mind the sorry reviews because this is a great dealership. Especially when buying a pickup
