GREAT SALES

Will Franklin made our shopping experience and easy one. He walked all over the lot showing us vehicles he thought we would like. He was NOT pushy, which is a nice change. We appreciate that he let us take our time in the decision. When we buy another car, we will probably go to him and DEFINITELY refer our friends to him.

I wish I could go back and buy another!

After months of looking around and test driving different cars, I finally found a used Volkswagen GTI at Jim Norton. This is my family`s 3rd vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota, and I LOVE my new car!!! Our salesmen, Justin Mayer, did a fabulous job and made the whole experience of buying a car easy, fun, and enjoyable. 5 star Tulsa dealership

My husband and I just purchased a used truck from Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa, although you would have thought we were buying a brand new more expensive one by the treatment we got. In our past experiences, when we would go to a dealer who likes to push the NEW sales on you and want to buy used, they would turn up their nose at us, not the case at Jim Norton Toyota. Awesome service!!

Me and my husband loved our experience at Jim Norton in Tulsa. Our sales representative was Thomas Hector. He was awesome he was very personable and is not the type that wants to screw people over. While we were on a test drive we went to go pick up an older car of ours to trade. Less than a mile away from the dealership our car that was to be traded in broke down. He waited with us and even had a towtruck called for... view more free. We declined his offer because we have AAA. But AAA took three hours to come get the car. I felt horrible because we were taking his time away from work, he told us no problem I would rather be able to say I helped two people out at the end of the day. Great Experience...Twice!

We have bought 2 cars from Jim Norton Toyota and I have to say we have never been treated better! First we bought a new Toyota Corolla Sport from Terry Howard, Terry was great, he was very patient as we looked to find the exact vehicle for my wife. Then we went to business office and met with Nick Jones, Nick was very nice and professional. Nick had us in and out in great time. When we arrived Terry was off that night so JC stepped in for him and helped us find the exact Tundra for me. ( I`m kind of picky for gadgets on my vehicles) JC did a great job. Then to the business office where we met with Christopher Mathurin. Again what a great experience, Christopher showed us the best option for us and took great care of us. excellent service again-6 years later

I bought a Toyota Highlander from Jim Norton. 6 years and 293,000 mile later, I decided to let her rest. Again Jim Norton gave me excellent service with the respect that I expect form any retail establishment, but very seldom seem to get. Chris in Finance was able to get me the interest rate that I was looking for, but due to questionable credit history, I did not expect to get. He made it happen. I was trying to decide on another Highlander which had served me well, or a Venza crossover. Will did not try to steer me in either direction, but gave me the unbiased information that I asked for and let me make my own decision even. I will definately go back to Jim Norton for my next vehicle, and hopefully Will and Chris will still be there.

Even though Paul was on the used car side he came over and helped me out. I looked different cars and finally made the decision to buy a 2011 Toyota Corolla LE and can I say I`m in love. purchased 2011 Toyota Avalon

We just purchased our second Toyota from Jim Norton. A 2011 Avalon, Zachary Pinney was our salesperson. Zach is the BEST, he knows the products inside and out, which I greatly appreciate, that seems to be a rarity these days with other places. Scam Artists

Purchased a used car in June `09. Car is a push button start but still requires keys for trunk and glove box. They send me home without keys and advised me to purchase them and they would refund the cost. They called me at the end of July (7 weeks after the purchase) and stated they found a car after I had already purchased new ones. It is now August and I have not received the key they found nor have I received the ... view more$200 refund as promised. BTW - the car has been in the repair shop approximately 7 times with engine problems. I would suggest looking elsewhere when considering a vehicle purchase.
