Horrible workers, horrible store.

I would encourage anyone that cares for their belongings as well as the maintenance and care for their vehicles to stay away from this store and any Firestone-related store/brands. Our latest visit not only got us leaking oil from a bad oil change, but now, we`re missing $20 from the glovebox. There`s no reason for a Firestone worker, or any one really, to be digging in another person`s glovebox. I would never recomm... view moreend anyone to go here unless you want bad service, worse service, and your personal belongings to be stolen. They couldn`t do anything that would have made my experience better seeing how the workers can not keep their hands from a closed glovebox and taking all their own liberties to personal property. They should keep better tabs on their workers, teach them the preschool lessons on how to not touch things that aren`t theirs, and learn how to do their jobs better. Not once have we had our cars not leak oil after being serviced at this shop and having money stolen just really took the cake this time. Don`t go here and don`t let anyone you know/care about be scammed either. It`s not slander if it`s true. Stay away from these stores. Find a quality store with qualified technicians that can do their jobs right the first time and not steal more money from you than what they`re already doing.
