It was great!!! I brought my vehicle in first thing in the morning and picked it up right after work. They were very careful and precise oh how I wanted the interior done. The outside was clean and my chrome rims and running boards were shining, which I like.... Excellent!

This place was recommended to me and I was excited by the way they cleaned my car. It was amazing how clean they got it from the condition it was left by the previous owner. HOWEVER after 3 days the seats were still soaking wet - completely drenched through and puddles began to collect on the backseat floors. I called them to inquire what could be done and both Dan (the `manager`) and Auroa (what ever woman answer... view moreed the phone) both of them were very rude and disrespectful and provided awful customer service. I feel sorry for the workers who do a remarkable job to have to put up with such awful people. I will never recommend them or do business with them again!

DON`T GO THERE!!! Was my first trip in and I was the receiver of a poor car wash. The rocker panels along the car was still dirty the door jams had not been wiped and the interior was not touched. I know I am driving a new car but there was a reason for me to take it to your place of business to clean my car.

I will NEVER take another vehicle back to this place. The service is often sub-par but we still try and give them a chance. I`ve asked several times when I`ve brought my SUV in to have the tracks for the removable seats vacuumed out and it`s never done. Today I brought it in for a full detail that my wife had bought me as a gift at the agreed upon time with Dan (who is a complete jerk). When I arrived at the agreed u... view morepon time he chastised me by saying "If you`d have brought it in earlier, we`d have it done by now". When I made the appointment the day before I told him 11am was the earliest I could get it there, and I arrived promptly at 11. My wife and I have both had issues with Dan in the best, but again, like to give people the opportunity to make things right. Dan`s attitude sucks, he has horrible customer service and is just generally unpleasant. It boggles my mind that this business has managed to stay in business. I won`t be bringing any more vehicles there and will tell everyone I know that this is a business to steer clear of. I would suggest that Dan work on his customer service, or otherwise he will eventually really offend someone.

***Long review because I have a lot to say about this company. Wow! Great people, awesome prices and a good through clean! Just had a complete detail on my Jeep Patriot today (inside and out). It was raining but they did the outside wash for free so why not?! I`m amazed! And I mean AMAZED! Very impressed. I`m OCD and can find stuff wrong with just about anything but my detail was absolutely beyond perfect. I had an... view more appt with them at 8 am but slept through my alarm. They called, very nice and offered to do it in a couple hours. My Jeep is used as a work truck by my boyfriend (he`s a mechanic) so it was very dirty with lots of grease and other stains. We both smoke in the car and they got it smelling great and got every ash picked up! I`ve had my car detailed before from other companies and they never got all the cups holders, cubby holes, carpets etc good enough. I completely looked over the inside of my car and could NOT find anything to complain about. They got the stains out of my leather/vinyl seats, every tiny piece of dirt and dust and were even able to get the stains off my headliner so I didn`t have to take it it Red Carpet Car Wash for $15 just to do the headliner because most places won`t steam clean the headliner because it could cause major damage, Red Carpet does it anyway as long as you sign a release form (scary). This place was able to touch it up and got all the stains out without risking the damage! Saved me more money! So happy about that. They were nice, especially the man that was at the front desk and kept me company (the owner I think?). I was able to just hang out in the waiting area and mess around on my laptop because they have FREE WiFi! LOVE THAT! I was expecting it to take 2-3 hours but they got it done in barely over an hour..and did the best job I`ve ever seen! They obviously have some hard workers there. I`m cheap and I usually don`t tip but actually wanted to with them because they truly deserved it. They are family owned which I always like..seems like you get better customer service. No complaints about this place only 1,000 compliments. I will be back when I need another detail and they will be the only place to do a basic wash because I know they will do a through job. It`s even 15 minutes away from me but worth the drive because I like to get the most for my money. They are cheaper than Red Carpet too! Red Carpet makes it difficult because most services are priced individually and if you get a package, they charge extra for a lot of services...even cleaning the outside after paying for a full detail.Not fair if you ask me. You won`t be disappointed with Super Clean! You will be impressed promise!!
