After a long road trip from PA to OK, BTW in less than 16 hours, my Jetta was trashed. I took it over to Oasis and purchased the wash and wheels for $12.95 and was pleasantly surprised. They did an above average job and based on what I am used to back East, for the same price, an excellent job. They did a great job vacuuming out the car and removing the trash from all the places including the seat pockets. They r... view moreemoved a99% of the bugs, I didn?ˆ™t expect all of them based on the package I purchased. They wiped down the dash, cleaned the door jambs and cleaned the windows. They didn?ˆ™t do a perfect job on the windows and side view mirrors, left a few spots, but I am sure they would have went back to complete if asked because they were very attentive. I even asked if the rims came with the basic wash and they notified me it didn?ˆ™t but they kid cleaned them anyway. I usually base the level of service on the tip I give, $1 being the lowest and $5 being the highest. I gave them a $4 tip. Good service for the price, very satisfied.

Auto Oasis ran my daughter`s car through their carwash with the driver`s side door cracked. (She has a photo.) She asked for a complete detail. They charged her $155. The cup holders were still dirty. The inside of the front windshield had something sprayed all over it. The lower portion of her car was still dirty. And, the driver`s side seats were soaked. My daughter pointed their error out as she notice... view mored the car going through the car wash. The manager told her everything was just fine. They placed plastic on the driver`s side seat. However, my daughter`s backside was completely soaked and she was crying when she reached my office. I confronted the manager, Chris Hill. I pointed out all that was wrong and the damage they caused in her car by sending it through the carwash with the door cracked. He failed to do the right thing and take ownership and refund her money. He eventually agreed to refund half. We then had to find someone who would take her car on short notice to extract all the water out of her seats before further damage resulted. An additional charge of $150. However, they also did a "complete" detail and their work was excellent. Shame on Auto Oasis for taking advantage of a young female driver and not owning up to their mistakes.

Total time for my visit was right at 30 minutes...amazingly fast, since I opted for an oil change and wash. Cool little cafe/shoppe. A bargain price. I priced ""a competitor"", JL, at 39.99 - no car wash included! They made my baby shine! I`ll be back!!

This is one of my favorite places to go when I can get away from work. I`m getting my chores done but can drink an espresso or shop while I wait. Does it get any better?
The staff is always there to help and they go above & beyond. I have been going since 2004.
