I have been using kwik kar for almost year and have never had a problem until today. I just wanted a 2 wheel alignment and he told me it would be $90 and I said sure. When I get my car back the alignment was really only $60 and they went ahead did an oil change without my consent bringing the final price to $111 with tax. I did not notice until I had already left the property and have not gone back up there yet. This... view more is a easy to lose future business over a tiny sum of money. I will not be using any kwik kar locations indefinitely. The store in question is at Santa Fe and danforth in Edmond Oklahoma and it was Tim who screwed me.

they are great. very friendly and fast. i was there only about 20 mins. they had my car ready. great customer service much better than before i would like to add.

I showed up right before 6:00 last friday. The manager said he would stay late to get mine completed. While my car was getting the oil changed. The manager came in and showed me my air filter it was very dirty so I replacef it. He informed me my brakes were getting low. Very friendly gentleman. Place was nice and very professional. I will be back to get my brakes. This place is a must go.

So, I took my 2007 Nissan sentra yo get serviced last Saturday. it needed a tune up and my service engine soon light was on which was diagnosed that I needed to replace oxygen sensor. did that but its Monday in the light is back on. I`m up here today (Tuesday) with the same problem that was suspose to be fixed! the mechanics looking at me for answers with sneaky lil smiles on their face.. problem not fixed but yet I`... view morem stuck with the issue.. fyi: I paid alil over $400 smdh. go to at your own risk.. I wish I was a mechanic, this days all they want is your money for a scotch tape type of job/work!! :`(

I would not suggest this Kwik Kar Auto Care to anyone. My first experience there was alright, all I had done was my belts and an oil change. The second time I went in for a much bigger job. Started out as a tune up and cleaning out my exhaust, then turned into getting my timing belt and head gaskets replaced. Once their mechanics got into my car and started to take the engine apart they realized they would have to ch... view moreange the water pump as well, that was after they broke the water pump taking it out. The mechanic also had to take out the radiator, he broke that taking it out as well. Luckily, they did replace those free of charge. They got the tune up and exhaust done then proceeded to replace the timing belt and water pump, which they broke, but didn`t have the proper tools to replace my timing belt. I then had to wait for them to order the tools from I think it was Dallas. After they got the tools in and finished the timing belt, they decided they would not fix the head gaskets, which was the main problem because they failed and were leaking oil all over my engine, because apparently my 2005 Kia Sorento is too difficult to work on. After two weeks I got my car back and a wire that turns my AC on was broken and my car was making very strange noises. As far as the AC goes, they said it was gunked up when I went in. I went home and opened the hood to look, the wire was not gunked it was broken and I was out of freon. I went in the next day and they changed their story to "well the connector was broken when you brought it in and the freon was already out". They said it was "physically impossible for the AC to be working";however, my AC was running full blast when I dropped my car off. They then proceeded to say I had no clue what I was talking about and refused to fix their mistake. I gave up on them and went somewhere else to find out what the strange noises were, fix the AC, and finally fix the head gaskets. After fixing the head gaskets, the new place found out that the strange noise was some junk that was left in my intakes from when Kwik Kar fixed my exhaust problems. Kwik Kar could have easily completely ruined my engine, rendering my car useless. As I said, they broke several parts taking my car apart and replaced them. They did not finish the job they originally quoted me and left my car in much worse shape then when I left it with them. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE WHERE THE MECHANICS KNOW HOW TO FIX A CAR AND THE MANAGER KNOWS HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!
