I took my new car to get fixed from the recent hailstorm I was told it would take 10 days to be fixed. It has been there for 18 days now. I even signed up for a weekley update and have not been contacted once. I have called three times and have been given a different timeline and excuse everytime. They are rude and don`t care what you have to say. I think they need to be reported and shut down. I understand th... view moreat it might take longer but call me and let me know what is going on. I wish I had read all these reviews about Flair Body Works instead of relying on one recommendation! I got nothing but excuses from them. After getting estimate, I took the car in for repair on the following Monday and asked for a quote for some extra work on the car. I was quoted $400.00 for the extra work and I said, Lets do it! I was told the parts for my car were in and my car would be ready in three ... view moredays. By Friday I had not heard anything, so I called Flair Body Works. I was told the parts were delayed by the Tsunami in Japan. (Where are the parts that were there on Monday?) Now they say the parts will be in on the following Monday. Five days pass. On Friday my insurance company calls me to see if I am happy with the work they have done on my car. They were surprised to hear that I did not have my car after two weeks. The agent called them to inquire about the status of my car. A little later, I got a call from FLAIR telling me the car was ready (2-WEEKS not 3-DAYS later). As soon as I arrived on the lot I walked to my car and saw that they had not done the work that I had been quoted for $400.00. When I questioned why they did not do the work, I was told, I do not remember that conversation. This is just the most ridiculous excuse I have heard. When I dropped my car off, and asked for the extra work, why didn?t he write it down? Now if I want to do the work, I will be without my car again. This was the point of having them do the work now! I will tell everyone I know and post this information everywhere I can think of. The work they did do is nothing special, they can?t remember what they are supposed to do and they LIE!! I will NEVER use them again!!!!! I hope you choose someone else to do your body work.

Flair Body Works in Edmond OK!
After reading the other review, I felt it necessary to share my experience as well: One would imagine the paint and body industry to be somewhat competitive. Not the case with Flair of Edmond. Apparently they are so-busy that customer service and customer satisfaction is completely foreign. ??Taking care of the customer?? at Flair is all talk and no walk! I had some repair work in October of 2008 at Flair in Edmon... view mored. It was shoddy work to begin with, but I just let it be because the thought of going back, waiting and having to explain to these people why I wasn?t satisfied seemed like more trouble than it was worth at the time. In hindsight I should have pointed it out from the beginning. Mid-August 2010 the work starts to fall apart (literally pieces of my car falling off) I took my car back to Flair, I spoke with a Manager who seemed disgusted with the workmanship and willing to do anything to make it right. He promised to have the parts ordered, painted and ready to go ??within the next week??. They had done some remodeling and expansion in the customer area, the management seemed refreshed the staff was friendly-seemingly a complete turnaround from my visit in 2008. Here we are!! Almost November!! I call them- they either don?t return a phone call or I get an excuse about ??shipping problems??. I have called every week since the day I went in. I get nothing.

Very Bad Service
Terrible customer service, not to mention after having my car for a month it still isnt fixed. They fixed the hail damage, but did a terrible job while replacing the side molding, on the doors. They did admit it looked terrible so they are ordering new molding. We have had our car back for three weeks and still no call about the side molding that was supposed to be in weeks ago. When I picked up the car the first ... view moretime, the inside was covered in dust. It hasnt ever been that dirty since I`ve owned it. They lost our driverside floormat as well. When calling Flair Body Works you will have to be patient and persistent. It may take calling 7-8 times becuase I am pretty sure the receptionist doesnt know how to take a message and my customer service rep wouldnt ever call me back when he said he was going to. Just a Warning to those of you considering taking your car in. I personally will not ever take a car back to Flair.
