Perfection Equipment was founded in 1946 by Louis Collier and Bill Boggs. Its first location was at 1204 West Main. Nine employees sold five lines: Braden winch, Anthony dump bodies, Detroit tandem axles, Austin fifth wheels and Southern grain bodies. Today, Perfection carries over 120 lines of truck and industrial parts and over 100 lines of equipment. We have expanded into a 5 acre, 40,000 sq. ft. facility with over $2 million in stocking inventory. Our 14-bay service department offers installation of equipment, equipment repair, parts installation, and paint and body repair. We have a team of inside parts and equipment specialists who are factory trained. Combined, they offer over 100 years of experience which allows them to be prepared to offer the best solution to your parts and equipment needs. In November 2001, Perfection merged with Rush Enterprises. This was at their Broken Arrow location I took my car in to get a tune up and oil changed I left it with them. That was a big mistake! When they finally called and told me it was ready I got there and they had lost my key. When they finally found they gave no apology. I got to my car the oil didn`t look very clean. the last time I went in they washed the car not this time though. I was driving home and noticed my ... view morebrakes were making some noise by the time I got home, which I only live about 10miles away the brakes were screaming when I barely pressed on the brake peddle. The next day they sounded even worse. I know they had to have been hot rodding my car. I found out that all the techs were brand new. I would never recommend them for any work and I am reporting them to the BBB on Monday. Nothing will probably be done but I will be sure to take it to my normal mechanic on Monday so he can tell me the extent of the damage that has been done. The only good thing about their service center was their cashier she was very nice and made them get off there lazy butts to find my key that they lost.

Rude.

I called to make an appointment with the service department and an EXTREMELY RUDE Melinda informed me that, in fact, there really is no such thing as an appointment and that my only free days, Fridays is not at all an option. In other words, I can either miss work or school or I can take my business elsewhere. What`s the point of publishing service hours and offering appointments if in actuality, they are obsolete?
