2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS OUR CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE H.E. BAILEY TURNPIKE OUTSIDE NEWCASTLE, OK. IT WAS OUR GOOD FORTUNE TO BE TENDED TO BY "RICK`S" THERE IN TOWN AFTER THE NEWCASTLE POLICE DEPARTMENT CALLED HIM FOR US. OVER LOOKING AN OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE US TO THE CLEANERS RICK INSTEAD GOT US BACK ON THE ROAD IN RECORD TIME AT A COST THAT HARDLY COULD HAVE COVERED HIS TOW MUCH LESS THE LABOR INVOLVED. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I did not want to use this towing company, but the cop who took care of my accident said they were the next in line on the list the department used for towing companies. This towing company was honestly a bunch of jerks. They were extremely rude and unhelpful towards me. I called up there a couple times to ask for their location because it`s out in the middle of nowhere in a tiny town and usually it ended up with the... view morem shouting at me in a very unprofessional manner because "they don`t get paid to give me the location." I also asked them if they could check my car for some items I KNOW without a doubt that I left in there the day of the accident, and they would not check for me because they don`t get paid to do that either, even though I told them that I live 30 minutes away from Newcastle. It would take them 5 minutes to check, whereas if I had to drive up there to check myself, it would take about an hour of driving alone. They were very shady and I honestly think they stole some of the items from my car as well because now I can`t find a lot of my things that were in my car the day of my accident. I would definitely NOT recommend this place, and I`ve learned my lesson the hard way. Next time I am not going to go with the tow company the cop insists on, but find a more reputable and courteous company that will treat you professionally and with respect.
