At first I thought I was getting a great deal on 2 tires. The two tires included road hazard insurance. About a year later (less than 3k miles) I notice that I have a flat and that both tires already look extremely worn (supposed to be a 60k mile tread). I went to get tire replaced thinking road hazard should cover this. I got some double speak about the tire not being covered. BTW there was no damage to the sid... view moreewall. I was sold a used tire that caused my steering wheel to wobble as I drove and my vehicle drifted on smooth pavement, five weeks later that used tire went flat and I called the company. The owner said he would take care of the tire at no charge so I went over there, only to get double talk again. This time I was told that he didn`t sell me that used tire and that there was nothing he would do. It seems like every time you have a problem here they will do or say anything to get you to come in, only to sell you something instead of taking care of customer and honoring the guarantee they make on their products. My final words as I left the building were `fool me once shame on you.` I wasn`t about to be deceived any more by this company.

Columbus best tires

My first time purchasing tires from anywhere besides NTB and I really think they have won me over the money I saved was unbelievable. The people there are so friendly.

Great Service

Service with a smile is what you will get from coming to this tire place. They do not lie with buy 1 get one free or buy 2 get 2 free gimmick. This is were you will get honest service. :)!

Place is Great not Good

I saved almost $200 by buying tires here. Honesty they have it truly an honest business with people that care about your will being. They don`t try to scare you into buying something that you don`t need they will tell you exactly how long your old tire have left and when it would be smart changing your tires

Best place in Columbus!

I bought 4 new tires from Katz almost 2 years ago. They have the best customer service I`ve experienced in a long time! I had not been in to the shop since I purchased the tires, but stopped in today because I got a flat. The guys patched me up in no time and sent me on my way. Didn`t even charge me, now thats customer service!!

Best Tires

I just bought Tires from Katz Tires again. I went to discount tire first thinking they would be cheaper but in realty they where 200 more than Katz on the same tires. The last set I bought off Katz lasted for 7 years no joke. although sometimes they are busy they still get me out in less than a half hour. THIS IS THE BEST TIRE PLACE!!!!!

As a child

As a child my grandfather and father used to take me to Katz tires when they needed tires. I enjoy going in their because of their super great customer service the guys at Katz specifically tell you they do not cover the side wall when they sell you a tire. You here of all these discount places in town but truly Katzs tires is a great place to go. they really have the lowest cost tires and the best customer service.
