My husband went to CarMax to purchase a vehicle that he had found on the website and was approved for. He was told to leave because he is a security guard who carries a firearm. No signs any where on CarMax?ˆ™s property not to have a weapon. My husband just got off work. Had he known this, he would not of had it. They lost our business with the poor customer service. They said something to him when he was almost finish... view moreed with the paper work. After my husband left, they called him wanting him to come back, promising free gas and oil changes. We are going somewhere else, and advise you to do the same thing.
