Im n a wheelchair and i couldnt get to any vehicles to check them out. the ones i could get to still had food n trash on the floors n even on the ceiling. no one came out to help me but helped other customers makin me feel like since im handicapped i dnt deserve to buy a car frm them. i was checking out this yukon n an employee finally came out bt it was too yell at me cuz tht was the employees parkin lot even tho it... view more had sale no. on it. as is tag. n no plates bt a dealer plate. it also sat between two vehicles tht were clearly for sale. u kno how i kno ths. those vehicles were nasty n the yukon was the cleanest car in the whole lit. thy must use the good cars n sell them after thy destroy them with thr kifs spilling koolade on sym of the cars floors. run if u kno wats best.

Woodville Auto was the best experience I had. I didnt have a hard time I got financed right away. Overall I was accepted in a click. I am very happy with my Escalade. It runs like a dream. I am not the only one that talks about their cars, but my whole family has bought their cars from this specific dealership and never once have they treated us with dishonesty. I have had a very hard time trying to get somewhere to finance me with my latest bancruptcy. I have went to a couple of Dealerships on Woodville Rd shopping for a car during tax season, but everywher i went they treated me and my husband like TRASH they rejected me in a click. Thats BAD!!! We waited like 5 minutes but that was not a problem because we knew that we were going to make progress. We told the salesman, Mo what we needed and in a glance Mo showed us the available cars in our price range. We found our dream car for a amazing price. I have heard Rumors about Woodville Auto but They R Great!!!!! Dont listen to the rest , woodville is the Best!!

I`m wary anytime someone says no cons to a place like this. I think some of these reviews may be done by the company. This place has overly priced vehicles (check kbb) and sold as is. The sales people are fast talkers and don`t tell you information such as market pricing of a car. They say there is 0% interest but you can tell easily that the care is marked up 4 times as much in order to cover their order. Th... view moree down payment probably covers the cost of the car and anything else is clearly profit for them. This is obviously a business that is trying to sell cars to desperate people. I`m glad I did my research on the cars online before I contacted them. It was easy to see thorough their lies after I researched the cars they offered. Don`t buy here if you don`t have to!

If WOODVILLE AUTO FINANCE was the last place on earth to buy a vehicle, I would rather walk then to buy from them again!!!

I have been leasing a vehicle from them with a $3,000 down payment. On top of the payment I had to pay an extra $800 in taxes (that I didn`t know about until after I gave my down payment).

A few months (6 months) after my work hours were cut on my job I called in advance to let them... view more know that my payment would be late, MO said ""that`s not going to work out"" I asked why seeing as though I have always paid in full and on time, except for this one ocassion.

Anyway, to make a long story short, these people are MONEY HUNGRY WOLVES!!

They smile, act friendly and are willing to negotiate with you to get you to lease one of their vehicles, but once you do that they aren`t willing to compromise with you when you run into financial difficulties...SHAME ON THEM HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

I`ve practically rebuilt the car I purchased from Woodville Auto. It`s been less than a year that I`ve made this awful decision and EVERY month I`m at the shop getting it fixed for this or that! The payments are low so you can afford the unbelievable amount of repairs you will have! Buyer beware!!!

I wish I had gone with my gut when it told me to run & save myself after sitting down wiyh Moe, the sales guy that gave me a really bad feeling due to him trying to convince me that the lot down the road were not 0% finance and he knows how they operate indicating that they were shady(see I test drove the other lots vehicle to W.A.F.) & his fast talk, but I was in a hurry to buy & I liked the look of the suv he showe... view mored me so the deciding factor was the other lot not being 0% financing but I later learned they were & i`m sure he knew they were. The engine light on the suv I ended up buying came on about an hr1/2 after I left the lot. I called immediately & they did nothing stating that cars are sold as is, the problem cost me $300. so obviously they dont check their vehicles for quality(a simple check with a diagnostic machine) or they know they`re selling bad vehicles, I believe its a bit of both. Learn from this & buy at a quality lot that at least offers a waranty.
