I WANT TO START THIS OFF BY LETTING EVERYONE HOW UPSET WE ARE AS I`M TYPING I AM CRYING ME & MY HUSBAND WENT TO KANE`S ON BROOKPARK ROAD TO BY OUR FIRST CAR AS NEWLYWEDS AS WELL AS A B~DAY PRESENT FOR ME WE NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT THIS COMPANY WOULD HAVE DECIEVED US AND SOLD US A BAD CAR WE GOT A 2002 FORD TAURUS WITH ONLY 104,000 MILES WE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR ABOUT 1 WEEK AND IT BROKE DOWN NOW THEY DID COME TH... view moreROUGH FOR US AND HAD IT FIX IMMEDIATELY IT WAS THE SERPINTINE BELT THAT BROKE WHILE WE WERE DRIVING OK NOW HERE WE ARE SIX MONHS TO THE DAY OF THE WARRANTY EXPIRING AND THE CAR BREAKS DOWN AGAIN SAME DAMN PROBLEM OK WE CALL THEM {KANE`S} THEY SAY CALL RIVERSEDGE {THE FINANCING COMPANY THAT GIVES TERRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE ALL THE TIME} WE CALL THEM THEY SAY NOT THEIR PROBLEM IT`S KANE`S PROBLEM CALL KANE`S BACK THEY SAY IT`S NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO SO THE CAR SAT FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF BECAUSE WE COULDN`T AFFORD TO GET IT FIX RIGHT AWAY BEXCAUSE WE STILL HAD TO PAY THE CAR NOTE WHICH IS 320.00 A MONTH CAUSE YOU KNOW THEY STILL WANT THEY MONEY EVEN THOUGH THE CAR NOT WORKING SO WE GET THAT TAKING CARE OF THAT WAS 200.00 THEN THE ENGINE GOES NOW SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT`S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE MY ADVICE IS NOT TO DEAL WITH KANE`S IF YOU DO PLEASE DO SO WITH CAUTION THEY DON`T DESERVE A RATING FROM US BECAUSE WHAT I WANT TO SAY I TRULY CAN`T SAY BECAUSE GOD WON`T LET ME

Lets just say that I am WARNIN...

Lets just say that I am WARNING people to NOT buy a car here. They deal with a VERY CRAPPY loan company called RIVERS EDGE INVESTMENT COMPANY. These people are RUDE CRASS IGNORANT....PRETTY MUCH NON HUMAN!!! You are one day late and they take your car. I made a payment and they were at my husbands work the next day taking his car and we get is an "oops our mistake" EVERY person that works there is BEYOND ig... view morenorant and rude---just looking out for someone who is buying a car....and Kanes has crappy cars. We have dumped a TON of money in the car we bought there AND we have a warranty that we paid EXTRA for and they STILL give us crap when called about replacing something-----LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
