Took about an hour after calling AAA for Chaz to pick me up on the side of the highway. He was kind and professional. I rode with him for a couple hours while he towed my car. He was great to talk to and he is probably the most valiant person I have ever met.

When my wife called AAA because of a dead car battery, the technician offered to sell her a battery for $120, which he said was within $5-$10 of local competitors. Before the technician had left from installing the battery, I talked to him and informed him that I located a NEW battery (not refurbished) from Costco with a 5 year warranty, for $59.00 and a $10.00 core return credit. I then called up Als Towing main office and talked to a gentleman who first said that the batteries at Costco were all refurbished and that he would not compare his battery price with Costco. I then processed to call up the store manager at Costco and he assured me that the batteries they sell, which are interstate batteries, our all new. I then called back Als Towing and told the gentleman that the batteries at Costco are new. He then changed his story by saying that once they install a battery, it is a done deal. He didn`t care about the fact that I was able to verify the Costco battery was new. Then while I was talking to him, he hung up on me. I tried to call back, but for no answer. Not cool! Do not do business with this company. They are deceptive and dishonest. They stated they were cost competitive, when this was not the case. I offered to immediately return the battery for my money back, but they said no. I was sold a product under false pretenses. In the meantime I have placed a hold on my credit card.

Had to get my car towed today to dealership. Brian was very helpful, polite, and professional. He answered every question I had and explained to my dad what problem car might be having. He made us feel better about a car that wouldn`t run. We will use Al`s Towing again - if we have to.

Website advertisement states "We are a Christian Based Company, we treat our customers like family," I feel for their true family given my experience! A driver was dispatched by AAA to assist in changing a flat tire that had seized to the hub. Having recently attented mass, I had neither the clothing nor tools to address the issue myself. At the time of the incident, his direct words were "that will be coming out of my paycheck" and he assured me that he would include the issue in his report. Upon filing a claim with AAA, I learned that both the driver and the owner denied the incident stating that the rim was busted when he arrived on the scene and that his "notes" specified this as opposed to the truth of the matter. Now I`m out $200+. What a shining example of good Christian people and characterisitcs.

I got a flat on 71 at polaris the other day and aaa sent out al`s towing. when aaa told me it was going to be an hour wait until the driver got there i started to panic a bit i have 2 kids with me what am i gonna do. well the driver was there in 20 minutes in a flatbed to tow me because i didnt think my spare was any good. the driver Josh was as nice as could be and was super helpful he showed me why my tire was flat... view more that i did have a spare tire filled it with air changed out tires and sent me on my way all within 15 minutes of arriving.
