I am a single woman and I am always cautious about doing business with people I don`t know. It has been true in the past that a shop would take advantage of a woman. BUT I want to say that I Wholeheartedly endorse Cardell Auto. They took the time to explain everything to me. All my questions were answered. Never did I feel uncomfortable. And they didn`t over charge me. I have told all my friends about them.

RUDE!!!!!!!!

Wish I could give it half a star, actually NO stars. The lady I talked w/ and Cardell are rude and have attitudes for no reason. They also do All American towing too, I think 120 Workman St. in Rock Hill, don`t work w/ these people...to give it straight, they are a bunch of jerks, I used another word, but yellowpages wouldn`t let me use it, but you know what I`m thinking. I talked to them on the phone, told them I`m ... view morethe way up there and when I get there, nobody`s there and I have to wait for 20 mins when they knew I was coming! Then I try to be as nice as I can and the lady I talked w/ is just being rude, has an attitude and cussing for no reason. They act like I want to be up there! Then the office is a mess, leaves and dirt all over the floor. It looks like their dog went and tore everything up in there because there`s all this junk laying all on the floor. I`m not usually this mean, but these people were rude to me from the start and I don`t think they`re AT ALL professional and I hate I ever had to deal w/ these people. If you disagree w/ me then they must like you and only certain people. They need to treat EVERYBODY w/ respect even new people, and I got NO respect from any of them. Hope you `jerks` read this and I hope you know who I am, been having to deal w/ ya`ll for the past 3 days.
