I went here without the best credit and from the minute I walked in they treated me with respect and got me to where I wanted to be with payment and got me into a great car. I feel that the bigger dealerships looked at my credit and thru me to the side the guys here helped me get into a car with a decent interest and good quality vehicle. Went here with my girlfriend to look at cars. Ended up test driving one with a helpful and kind salesman, and really liked the car. When I asked the list price he invited us inside to his desk and we reluctantly agreed. Fast forward 20 minutes and we`re still sitting there getting the run around on the price of the car after asking repeatedly. After asking a final time a "manager" comes out and proceeds to ... view moretell us everything except the price. After I stated that we must have the price or we`ll have to leave, "manager" threw a tantrum and told us "that`s fine!, get out of here!, leave!" and so we did. We made it clear this is not how you sell cars, for we simply wanted to know how much a car cost and were never told after half an hour of being inside. This is the most unprofessional conduct I`ve ever witnessed at a business of any kind. To reiterate, When we said we need the price or we have to leave he transformed into a toddler and told us to get out, hastily gathered some papers off his coworkers desk, and then proceeded to stomp off into the office he came out of. I felt sorry for the salesman, who was doing a pretty good job within his "manager"s restrictions. That`s why they get 2 stars instead of 1. Please don`t go here to even look at cars, it`s an absolute circus. We were genuinely interested customers with cash in hand wanting to know the price of a vehicle we test drove, and this is how we were treated. Think you`ll have better luck?

Buyer Beware

This place sold me a luxury car that has been in the shop at least 5 times in the last month in a half of purchase. The Service Dept. was unprofessional and the Store Manager and Owner were unwilling address the issues concerning the car and were rude as well. My boyfriend bought a car from Auto House & they said that the car had no problems and he has had nothing but problems since the day that he left the lot with it. Needed more work than the freaking value of the car. They aren`t honest about what they are selling because the car-fax had 3 pages of work the car had work done to!!! DON T BUY FROM THEM!!

Beware! Sold me a lemon!

The worst place to get a vehicle. They sold me a lemon! The guy that sold it to me told me i paid for a warranty but after they fired him the wouldnt honor the warranty. Worst people. Crooks! Filed a complaint with bbb along with many other people

I had heard alot of negative things, but u do that with all places, especially car places. I think the dealers close 2 them start MOST of that 2 keep u from goin there 2 buy. And the real people I heard negative stuff from, it seemed 2 be all stuff they did wrong, not the auto house. SO, i decided 2 go there and see what happened. I have tried 2 get a vehicle 4 over a year at many other places and no one could help m... view moree.
