They explained what I needed to fix now and gave me a list to get done later when I could budget for it! They didn`t try and sell everything " Right now, or your car will be ruined!" Like most places.

Spring Garden Tire and Auto will take great care of you. I`ve taken my car to them for my regular maintenance and they are always quick and reliable. They have a nice clean waiting area where I can catch up on my work while I wait, and they are always friendly and helpful.

I like the quick service and friendly attitude of Spring Garden Tire and Auto. Everytime I`ve gone I`ve been treated well and even when I`ve gone in for a routine oil change they`ve found serious problems with my car that I didn`t even know about. Plus as a student I got a 10% discount which I think is great since the shop is so close to UNCG. They really know what they are doing there and the mechanics and technicia... view morens there know their stuff. I highly recommend this shop for all automotive repairs!

Went here for an inspection an...

Went here for an inspection and was told it would require a $350.00 repair for something not even required by the state of NC in the Safety and Emissions Regulations Manual. Had to pay $23 to get my car back. Went to another inspection station and passed immediately! I`m a mechanic and I would NOT trust these guys with my car. The worst customer service exp...

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went in for a routine oil change and Spring Garden Tire and Auto forgot to put the cap back on. When I went to my car dealership to find out why my oil light kept coming on, they discovered the cap was gone. When I went back to confront Spring Garden, they denied all responsibility and told me it was my fault. I will NEVER go back!

Are they really that good?

No!! THESE GUYS ARE BETTER! I just took my wife`s 2002 Chrysler 300M to them yesterday and I am more than convinced that they are one of &quot;good guys&quot; around Greensboro. My wife`s car was tuned by a car/tire shop downtown right before Christmas and, within 5 minutes of driving it off their lot, it ran hot. Took it back and they said it had a blown head gasket! One mechanice suggested Spring Garden Tire and Auto`s, and after seeing their reviews, I decided to try them. I talked to Chris (actually got to talk to the owner!) and told him what had happened. I even asked him could he handle the whole replacing or rebuilding of the engine and he said they could do it. So we are planning on spending $3000-$4000 for the job. Imagine our surprise when Chris calls and says the thermostat is bad and, after replacing it, he can`t GET it to run hot anymore! I had asked two of the threee other shops about the thermostat and cooling fans and they both tested and ruled that out. According to them, we defintely had to replace or rebuild the engine. So instead of cashing in on the $3000+ job (that we were already prepared to pay), these Spring Garden Auto guys actually told the truth and gained some loyal customers on a $150+ job. With two kids just starting to drive their own cars, I can guarantee we will pay much more than $3000 in repairs and maintenance (4 cars total). I can guarantee that we will pay it at Spring Garden Tire and Auto. Their honesty, professionalism, speedy work and great communication are very much appreciated!

Exceptional Service

I have had the opportunity to go to Chris on a couple of ocassions and have been very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and customer service. He was willing to work with me on price and the final tab was exactly what he told me it would be. The repairs were done right and quickly.
