I spoke to a sales guy Steve who told me over the phone that I could get a car for 5000 if I wanted to. When I get there I talk to another sales guy who then says your approved and shows us this ugly car and would not tell us the price. He showed us another car which was a Toyota sienna that had no back seat. Finally to top it off Gus came over and said we needed a deposit. The whole time we were there no one ever said the amount may of the cars cost but they did ask for a deposit. Just be very careful shopping here cause they are VERY THRISTY to sale a car.

i went to planet suzuki with my in laws to help them get a vehicle. not only did my mother in law get a 2012 grand vitara but my father in law got a 2012 Equator truck. They were very happy about how they were taken care of. They offered to buy them lunch & drinks since it was around lunch time. i deffently recommend this dealership to ANYONE who is wanting a wonderful experience!!! All I have to say is I hope you do not have any problems out of what ever you purchase from them, they never return your calls. That is from the service dept. to F&I dept. I would warn everyone not to even look at a used car that these people have on the lot. They lead to you think one thing and do another.
I will never tell anyone to go see them for anything.
Go any where but here!!!!

Well, what can I say? Planet Suzuki has impressed me once again. I just traded in my Forenza and bought a 2011 Kizashi and absolutely love it. The car is great and they really helped me to get my payments ""affordable"" for me. Helmi Felfel and his staff really make the car buying process a lot of fun (not what you would typically expect at other dealerships). Everyone is so laid back and super nice!!!! My sister and mother went in a few weeks after me, and BOTH purchased cars and said they had the exact same experience. In the many cars I have purchased in the past from numeorus dealerships from around the Charlotte area, I have to say this one has been the BEST!!! The people there are so courteous, so friendly, and very proffessional. I was a little nervous going in, bc I have had some credit challenges come up in the past couple of years so I just knew that I would be turned down...BUT that was not the case! I have to say that I do not know where the reviews saying the bad stuff about Planet Suzuki came from. I went there and found a festive, upbeat place that had people that made me feel welcome. They had really remade the whole car buying experience. It was actually a pleasure to shop there. I recommend Planet Suzuki to all of my friends. I did not have a great experiance there. first i was told that i was approved, then i was told i needed a co-signer. then i was told that because the co-signers credit was so good they where trying to get a better interest rate. what i found out through a friend of mine that is a loan officer, is that they just threw the application out and hoped that someone would buy the deal. no real contact with a bank at all jus... view moret random. this then dropped my co-signers score from 825 to 816. they really need to tell customers the truth. you either can do a deal or you can`t. it is just as simple as that. stop playing games with people and causing their scores to drop. not a good way to do business. i really cannot recommend them to anyone because of my experiance. granted my credit is not the best, it is not the worst either.

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2009 Pontiac G6 from Planet Suzuki on North Tryon, and I have to say it was the most enjoyable car buying experience I`ve had. My credit isn`t the best, and I`ve been embarrassed by car dealerships in the past, but not at Planet Suzuki. I`m seen as a person, not a waste of time. From now on, I`m buying ALL my cars from Planet Suzuki.
