I have had my car painted as well as other things done to my car 3 times. All with this body shop, every time the owner is very nice, and respectfuul, and always willing to make suggestions to what he thinks will look good on my car. I even stop in from time to to time to just say hi, as he just likes to shoot the sh-t with his customers so to speak. over the past 2 years he has painted my car 3 times as I stated... view more not due to any screw up but me wanting to paint a different color at a drop of a hat. he always gets to it in a timely manner and I have my car back when he says it will be ready. I was reading the reviews for this paint shop and figured I might as well add my experience with it. I took my car in about 6 months ago, loved the owner he is very laid back does not try to be over bearing or push anything on you. He asked what was my favorite colors, then looked at my car then talked to me for a few minutes and suggested a couple of colors he thought went with my attitude. I had a huge dent in th... view moree back of my car which was repaired to new condition, I didnt think it could be done but they did it. My car is a 2006 Camry to let you know what was worked on. The paint job is beautiful, the customer service was excellent, and the owner never was rude nor did he say anything derogatory or mean. I find it hard to believe he cussed or threatened anyone. I also checked his bbb there is only one complaint and it has been resolved. I would recommend the shop to anyone Brittney

Had my car painted here owners were very profesional when speaking to discuss paint I should use as well, recommended ccolors to me, they painted my car as well installed new wheels and tires, I would highly recommend them as well will use them again my car is the s--t mikle

Never go to this place for any reason. I have a Honda Civic with aftermarket headlights, taillights, rims, and carbon fiber hood and trunk lid that needed paint. Most of the car was already prepped and primered. A few small dings needed repaired and some areas needed sanding and primer. The original quote that I had received had been increased by quite a bit, but I went ahead and had the `work` done anyway. I ga... view moreve them a notice over a week in advance to be prepared to work on my car. They said it would take only 1 week. It took them 3 weeks to `finish` my car, on top of increasing the cost a second time. When I got the car back, they had not done any of the body work, had multiple runs in the paint, had not wetsanded or buffed the car, left overspray on all of the windows, sunroof, and rims, and managed to put razorblade cuts all around my headlights, tailights, hood, and trunk lid. I then had to leave the car for them to `fix` all of the screw-ups. They managed to get a few scratches out and maybe half of one of the runs. I gave up on letting them try to fix the mistakes. Nothing that was damaged was replaced, and 2 months later the paint started coming off. And by the way, the lifetime warranty on the paint job that they tell you about apparently doesn`t really exist. The worse experience with a vehicle that I have ever had. Cost nearly 6,000 to have everything fixed/replaced by somebody else. If this website gave the option to leave less than a star I would have...

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!! My repairs were not completed. He promised 5-7 days for repairs and returned my vehicle unassembled, unfinished and with more damage than it had originally after 13 days. He refused to finish the repairs, and was paid in full but never finished the job. He has 3 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and mine will make a 4th. He tried to repair my damaged bumper when he said to me he had replaced it. The paint has a visable handprint in it, several dips and a large ridge. There are 3 areas that he didn`t bother to paint at all. The glass in the window was wiped with degreaser causing permanent damage. He lied, threatened and cussed at me. He asked for me to come to the shop only to disappear. He is rude, and wouldn`t be capable of painting figer nails. HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!

i USED 803 CUSTOMS FOR THE REPAIR AND INSTALL OF MY BODY KIT ON MY 2006 300 C. THE SHOP IS VERY CLEAN THE OWNERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WENT OVER ALL ASPECTS OF WHAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE TO MY CAR.
