Friendly and prompt, but... Ha...

Friendly and prompt, but... Had an alignment done, and was told that he wasn`t able to get it fully within specs, but it was close. After continued issues I took my Buick to another alignment shop and was immediately told that I needed tie-rods and wheel balancing. Had both done and now it drives like a new car. How could a professional miss the obvious?

Terry Does Great Work

Best bang for your buck in Concord. Terry does great work and he`s a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. The best part is that you`ll pay A LOT LESS here than anywhere else in Concord. At some of the bigger garages, I always get the feeling that someone is trying to sell me something... not shooting straight with me. I didn`t get that feeling with Terry and in fact, I ended up paying half of what other g... view morearages were telling me I`d pay for the same thing. Seriously, check out this place the next time you have car trouble. At least call and compare estimates. You`ll be glad you did.

Always Helpful

I have bought two used cars from local concord dealers and I take them to Terry`s to have him check them out before I buy them. He has never charged for this, even after I offer to pay him something. I always take them to him to line up as well and will continue to do so! He`s affordable and honest, a trait hard to find in a mechanic!

Terry`s Alignment Shop

This week I was referred to Terry by the Tech`s at Discount Tire whom I have done business with for 10+ years. They have they have had to refer customer to him to correct the problem others have wrecked, and that he is very trustworthy, inexpensive, and does one of the best alignments around. Always the skeptic I first contacted Terry (twice now) to check out his temperment over the phone... even thought he was swam... view moreped with replacing a front end, he was not to busy to answer my questions. That is good upfront service for a 2 man operation, and I am very pleased with his overall friendly nature and competence. In this day and age of excesses, excuses, and hotheadedness in our country; it doesn`t bother me much about the exterior as long as I am treated fairly and friendly. After speaking with Terry, I be driving right by Goodyear and Firestone to give him my business on my vehicles.

Great Shop!!

My husband always takes our vehicles to Terry`s and he always does a superb job. I don`t think people know that he has a worker who also works on the cars, not just him. As for the personal attack on his shop...it was very childish and I like his shop(except for the broken window Troutman needs to fix) its very welcoming, especially the art by his wife and grandchild! Worst Alignment in Concord

I took my car to Terrys for an alignment, He sure messed it up he aligned it 3 times and still could not get it right. He is so rude and started putting down my Chevy and then told me how superior his Jaguar is to any other car made.Well I do not need him or his fancy car.
