I always go to prolube for all my services, its fast and easy and you don`t even have to get out of your car. Great if the only time you have to do things is on your lunch break like me.

We recently bought a new house and have been receiving several flyers and coupons in the mail. One day we received a coupon for a complimentary oil change at any of the Pro Lube locations. I chose this one because it isn`t that far from our new home and I am familiar with the area. LET ME TELL YOU I WAS IMPRESSED!!! I quickly got in my car and drove directly there. They got me into the oil changing bay, took my information and before I knew it--They Were Finished. It was like NASCAR I swear!! When I go to other places I am usually treated like an idiot when I go to have my vehicle serviced. I have come to the conclusion that is because I am not only a female, but a blonde too. These guys were awesome though! They spoke to me like an adult, and didn`t try to make me feel stupid. The gent that answered the phone spoke to me the whole time and explained things clearly and kindly. My dad has always taken care of my vehicles until I moved down here, so I admit I know very little about vehicle maintenance. I was very impressed to say the least with the employees at Pro Lube on 17th. My boyfriend and I will make this our regular service station from here on out. I am tired of feeling ripped off and stupid when I leave. These guys are AMAZING!!! Thanks fellas!!!!

I only had 15 minutes left for lunch, and my friend told me to "go see Joe". I really expected to be late, but these guys had me out the door in 7 minutes and gave me $5 off for being a hospital employee! Talk about awesome service! Very professional. If you haven`t tried this place, you should. Will be back!!

THE BEST SERVICE IN WILMINGTON, NC. I WENT TO GET MY CAR INSPECTED AND THIS GROUP OF GUYS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND EFFICIENT. THEY HAD ME IN AND OUT IN NO TIME AND EXPLAINED EVERY THING TO ME SO I WAS AWARE OF THE INFORMATION THEY WERE CHECKING ON MY CAR. THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!

Here is a wonderful staff here of nice young men willing to help you with anything you need. I`m elderly and need assistance with nearly everything and they don`t mind at all. The manager opens doors for me and thoroughly explains things to me that generally confuse me. they try to make me have the best experience possible. Most important is that I never feel pressured to buy anything I don`t need.
