Excellent customer service and even better value! My car actually entered the garage right when I got there, instead of hours later like most places! I was only there for 30 min and got an oil change and tire rotation. Very pleased and will definitely be back next time...and the time after that!

Whether it`s Dave or another member of the staff, I`m always greeted shortly after entering the service write-up area, along with an offer of a cup of coffee while I wait. Today I went in to use a $10 off coupon for a standard oil change I`d gotten from their web site and was asked if I`d like a free tire rotation. The tire rotation, air pressure check and topping off fluids is probably worth at least another $20... view more anywhere else! Fortunately I haven`t had a need for any major repairs, but if and when I do, I`ll feel comfortable taking my car there.

I have a 1997 BMWZ3 in mint condition. She only has 26000, miles on her and is ""very pampered."" She needed a yearly inspection. After meeting with the accommodating, friendly staff and observing the cleanliness of the shop I felt very confident using STEELE CREEK TIRE & SERVICE CENTER, the only shop we will ever use! I made an appt for simple oil change and it took one hour and forty five minutes to get me out of there and my truck left worse off then when it got there. I had a very small leak in coolant system (i would usually need to add a couple pints of water every 3-5 weeks) but that night when I got home my truck was dripping like crazy. I now have to add water/coolant every day. They tell me it was like that before..howeve... view morer not so...so frustrating. Anyways they are going to do nothing about it and whats done is done.. so at this point I have absolutely no reason to make any of this up. This is all true and accurate. Don`t go here. I have been taking my car to Steele Creek for almost 6 years. I have always had the best possible service that I could ask from any car service company. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and through, as well as very personable. Over the six years, I have had two cars and way too many occasions to need repair. I`ve been taking my car to Steele Creek Tire for several years and have always received superior service. I`ve had tires replaced, brakes, inspections and many other things done. I`ve always found the owner Doug Gailor to be very honest and straight forward. I once brought my car in for what I thought to be shocks... after looking at the car Doug told me it wasn`t the shocks at all, but my brake pads. But instead of ... view moreimmediately telling me I needed to have my shocks replaced like some shops would do just to get you money, he instead was honest and told me it was only my brake pads making the noise... and he even told me I didn`t need to have them replaced right then, but I could afford to wait up to 5 months before it was necessary.

The mechanics are knowledgeable, the owner is honest, and overall I`ve been so pleased with them. I think the other people who left negative reviews need to realize that when you take your car somewhere for what you think is the problem, it maybe something else. And a honest place will tell you what is really wrong. Now if that is more expensive, that isn`t the shops fault. That`s just part of having a car, a used one at least.
