Sold impeccable car, assured new inspection for our 16 year old son. Less than 2,000 miles, breaks fail. There response- we don`t know how it`s been driven since you bought it. Our straight A student drives 4 miles down the road to work and to school and back, that`s it. They put both of our children in a death trap, with no offer to resolve.

Mike Taylor gave me the best experience that I have had buying a car. No pressure, simple choices, came in on his day off to help me finish the purchase and when I forgot paperwork that was needed, he offered to deliver the car to me the next day, so I wouldn`t have to travel to Hickory again. I`m a busy attorney and don`t have time or patience to fool with haggling. Just give me the best deal you can. I looked locally at a few dealerships and was not happy with selection or the frustration of the back and forth, so I decided to try online. Mike answered several questions for me through email, then finally over the phone. He was wonderful to deal with. I called Mike and told him I wanted the Jeep, he handled everything over the phone. I drove down to Hickory the next day and picked up my Jeep. It was ready to go, all my paperwork done, and was totally painless. I gave them my trade, signed some paperwork, and drove home. Mike was great, and I would definitely buy another car off him. Anton Dutton handled the financial end for me, and I found him to be knowledgeable and professional. Overall, I feel like I got more for my money, frustration free.

First of all I would like to say that Mike Taylor is a awesome salesman, he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and to get us the best deal!!! Everybody there was nice and I would definetly do business with them again!!! I bought a 2010 Ford Explorer and I absolutley love it.

Bought a used Dodge Dakota one year ago. They sold me a supposedly bumper to bumper 3-year extended warranty which turned out to be no good. Truck needs the manifold gasket replaced and warranty does not cover. Right after purchasing the truck took it back because the universal joint was popping they couldn`t find anything wrong with it, brought it home not fixed. Second time took it and told them the manifold a... view morend the universal joint needed fixing, brought it home again not fixed. They tried to charge 650.00 to fix what a warranty should have covered. Got a estimate for about a third of that but I still wasted $1800.00 on an ""bumper-to-bumer extended warranty"" that the salesman said was so good....WASTED MONEY...DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO AN EXTENDED WARRANTY

I was very pleased with the service I received from this dealership. I found this car online and when I arrived to pick car up everything was ready and I was on my way home in a short amount of time. I worked with Bush over the phone Easter weekend and he did whatever he had to do including settling on a very fair trade in on my car based on pictures, mileage, and carfax so I could drive up Monday and take care of the deal. The price was tremendous, Bush and Deon were extremely friendly and the customer service was exceptional. Two thumbs up!!

I emailed the dealership about a truck, got back to me the next day. Great price on the vehicle. They take real good care of the customer and even the owner will check that everything is okay. This is class, something that is not done anymore. Great prices you wont regret it.
