Don`t take your car there. too...

Don`t take your car there. took my car there for a alternator labor day. when i took my car in it was driving great as usual. they put on a alternator cost me $ 220.00, said my car was ready to go. when I picked up my car it was jerking and shaking and skipping in the motor.check engine light was steady blinking on and off.. I took it right back and they told me I needed spark plugs. so they changed my spark plugs a... view morend that cost me another $ 149.00. it was still doing the same thing so they said I needed to change the coil pack, another $ 72.00. called me and told it was fixed for sure this time. went to pick it up still shaking and skipping and engine light still coming on and off. they were going to check it again, because by this time Im losing it.finally they called and said the mechanic called a friend and he said i would need to replace all my coil packs which there was 5 more of them. another 3 or 4 hundred dollors. I told them to just leave my car alone and I will pick it up.If they have to call someone to ask how to fix a car they aren&amp;amp;amp;quot;t very certified. tomorrow i have a appointment at the chevorolet place for a diagnostic test. my car is barely running, making noises and has no power. another $ 100.00 for the test to see what happened to my car. I definetly will never take my car back there again, and definetly do not recommend them to work on somebodys car. the reason i took my car there was I read the reviews other people left here. I paid them over $ 400.00 to mess up my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . This is response to the person refering to the fact that I must not take care of my car. well you are right , up untill a few months ago my husband took care of my car ,and yes he kept the plugs changed and oil changed and what ever it needed. I never changed plugs or oil or ever worried about it. But now my Husband is in Afganistan trying to help keep you safe , so you can sit back here and talk trash to me. you don`t know anything about my car, how it is taken care of and you certainly don`t know anything about my experience with this company, so untill you know as much about it as i do, you should keep your comments about me to your self. Sir And by the way my husband is a certified mechanic , who is working on military vehicles right now in Afganistan!!!

This is in response to cheroke...

This is in response to cherokeelady21. It sounded like you were implying that they messed up your spark plugs when they changed your alternator. 1) the alternator has nothing to do with spark pluggs...when was the last time you had them changed? 2) some cars require the coil pacs to be changed when you replace the spark pluggs, otherwise you will run into more problems. As for your comment on the mechanics.....there ... view moreare so many makes and models of vehicles around that it is impossible to know everything about every vehicle, sometimes you have to rely on an outside source to confirm on what is thought to be. My family and I have been taking our vehicles there for years and are very pleased with the work they do. Yes, every now and then it takes a little more to fix than what someone who doesn`t know cars would think, but its something called troubleshooting. Look it up. And last of all, if you don`t take care of your car, which is what i believe happened in your case, this is what will happen. I hope you learn from your mistake ma`am.

If you want friendly service a...

If you want friendly service and a job done right the first time, then bring your car here!! The staff was so polite and took care of all my cars needs. There prices are reasonable and they let me know before if my services were going to ne more than what I was quoted. I will bringing my cars to them from now on. Thank you guys for such wonderful service!!!

Bad Service

I took my car up there for them to put a new motor in it. The owner said it would only take a couple of days and instead it took them a week and two days to complete it. Not only did they not get it done in a timely manner, the machanic and the owner were very rude. When it was time for me to pay for the services, the price ended up being a 100 dollars more than what he quoted me.
