He doesn`t just concentrate on sales, but even cares a lot about the client`s preferences. Called Cheryl yesterday, car was scheduled for new timing belt today. Car was finished early and Cheryl kept me updated throughout it all. Cheryl Furcini is a fantastic Service Advisor and a true asset to Auto Park Honda!

Service has consistently been great at Auto Park Honda. I took my car for the 100K mile service including a new timing belt, spark plugs, and oil change. Normally this would take 5-6 hours on my type of car, but it only took 4.5 hours and they kept me updated throughout the process. They accomodated me quickly when I called for the appointment and were all very personable and helpful.

Thankfully, I`ve had the blessing of working with Cheryl Furcini, who serves as the name, face and direct representative of the Honda Auto Park organization. I brought my honda in for service a few weeks ago. i was really disappointed with how long it took for service and i was not kept informed on what was happening with my car. I would have expected better from this dealership based on my experience in the sales department. I might try them again, but i`m hoping for better next time.

CJ Carranza is one of the best service managers ever. He is always courteous and has your best interest in mind at all times. He is very knowledgeable and makes excellent suggestions for the maintenance of your vehicle. He always verifies all maintenance with you before the work is started. His price quotes are 100% accurate, no supprises. And most importantly, I have found CJ to be extremely trustworthy.

I drive from Durham to have my car serviced at Auto Park Honda - because of the great service I receive every time. Cheryl is my service advisor and she is knowledgeable, friendly and every time my car is done right, on time and as promised. I appreciate that Cheryl takes the time to explain, answer questions and tells me what upcoming maintence is needed so I can plan accordingly. Definitely worth the drive!
